The Brand New Main house is 4 Bedrooms and features 3 king bedrooms. There is a master on both the main floor and Upstairs. The upstairs master suite has a generous morning balcony and seating to start your mornings in the most peaceful way possible.
The main house also features a custom bunk room with 2 sets of queen bunks (4beds total), that enters into an upstairs play area, perfect for extra sleeping.
The kitchen and living areas are simply spectacular. They are lovingly curated and meticulously decorated. The living are spills out onto the covered veranda that adjoins the outdoor kitchen area, and open patio.
The guest house features 2 queen bedrooms, and 2 full baths, and has a second washer and dryer, and full kitchen. The upstairs living area also offers a generous balcony overlooking the patio and palm trees.
The house is a short one block stroll to the beach, and Carillon Beach has almost a mile of private, protected beaches. Never crowded, and just a beach lovers paradise.
This home is available only to families and adult groups.
There are absolutely NO college or party Groups
No smoking or vaping allowed in the homes. No Pets allowed of any kind.
Must be 28 or older to rent this home AND there must be at least one person 28 or older staying with the group for the entire stay.
This is a NO GROUCH house.. If you are hateful, rude, or just plain mean.. Rent somewhere else. This house is only for fun people that LOVE the beach.
This home requires a separate $1000 refundable security deposit that is part of the rental. These funds will be returned within 4 days of the home being left in good condition with no damage.
Carillon HOA requires a 35.00 parking pass for each vehicle for the week.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE TRAVEL INSURANCE DURING HURRICANE SEASON BETWEEN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER
