"We took our 11yr old son, 16yr old daughter, & her friend to the beach for a week & had a wonderful stay here! The condo looked exactly like the photos with plenty of space for all 5 of us. It was clean, nicely decorated, & had amazing beach views! We loved the master bedroom with both a walk in shower and a tub, the girls loved having their own balcony room & bathroom. After long days in the ocean & sand, having a bathroom with each bedroom was a blessing. I also appreciated the laundry baskets in each closet for dirty clothes so the kids didn’t throw them everywhere! The resort itself was great, right on the beach, two pools, a hot tub, & complimentary chairs with an umbrella. There were plenty of luggage carts in the garage, the trash chute is right down the hall for easy clean up. Mitch was very responsive whenever we had questions. An airshow started toward the end of the week & we were able to extend our stay by an extra night. None of us wanted to leave! Highly recommend!"

Aqua’s amenities were very nice and clean. The location for us was wonderful. Working with Warren Beach rentals was easy and they were very responsive to any questions we had. "Warren Beach Rentals and Aqua got the job done! Aqua 1003 was just what our group needed for a long weekend getaway, and Warren Beach Rentals made the whole rental process easy! They were very quick to respond to our questions. The 3BR was comfortable and the layout worked well for the 5 of us, and being just a short walk from the elevators was convenient! With no pantry, we had to use the countertops for storage, but otherwise, the kitchen layout worked well for us. In addition to the ice in the freezer was a countertop ice maker that was delightful and fast to use - surprised us all and made us look for one on Amazon! The stackable washer/dryer were a good size, so we could do a full load.
The views of the Gulf and beach from the balcony were amazing! Not the most comfortable chairs, but with two under two years old, we didn't spend a lot of time out there.
The boardwalk to the beach was cool - and by that I also mean it didn't get hot in the sun! And the shoe shelves at the bottom were a neat touch, too! The beach chairs presented a learning curve for us, but the staff was helpful.
The parking garage is a walk but with the crossover, it was still quite convenient, and the luggage carts are the best design we've ever used!"

"Mitch was a responsive and friendly host. The condo was clean. We were right on the beach and had beach chairs included which was nice. You can walk to anything you want…shopping, dining, and WalMart. It didn’t feel like we were in the thick of the condos like downtown. Garage provided easy access. The Aqua was definitely nicer than places around us. Three couples splitting the cost would be ideal. We would enjoy staying here again."

"Great place to stay! - We loved our time at the Aqua 1003 in PCB. My family and another family stayed for a week. The emails that Warren Beach Rentals sent before our stay were very helpful. I felt like they helped us to prepare for our trip very well. During our time there, they called and told us that maintenance was brining new tv’s for the bedrooms because they were slow to turn on. Maintenance was very nice and made sure everything worked before they left. We enjoyed the meals we made at the condo out on the balcony and even fell asleep out there a few times after time at the beach or pool. The condo was clean and they provided a few things that we would need while we were there, small bottle of Dawn, a couple of dishwasher pods, and a couple of Tide pods to get us started. One thing to remember to bring is hand soap. I forgot about that one and had to run to Walmart which was close. The noise from restaurants across the street from the condo can’t be heard inside the condo which was really nice. Everything was clean, neat, and very organized. If we were to go back, I would stay there again!!!"

"We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Aqua and communication and simplicity of booking with Warren Beach Rentals! - Aqua Resorts is a beautiful well kept resort. People/staff were very friendly. Elevators worked great and fast to our 10th floor unit. Enjoyed the boutique/ cafe as well as the bartenders at the resort. The pools and facilities were clean and never difficult to find chairs during our stay. Our unit was large and comfortable with a wonderful view of the beach and a very large balcony Seen many dolphins and even a shark meandering along the shoreline! Our last night, we were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony during the Pirates of the Sea festival, very cool! Inside our condo we had brand new couch and loveseat delivered the day we arrived which were very lovely. Also nice appliances in the kitchen as well. All slept well in this three bedroom three bathroom unit. Location was great with many options for restaurants and activities which was nice if you prefer not to drive a lot. This was our first time using Warren Beach Rentals and were very impressed by the ease and communication we had with them.
