• Starting January 1, 2025: All guests must pre-register vehicles through a secure link provided after booking. Aqua Resort allows up to 2 vehicles per unit. Onsite parking is $50 per vehicle per stay, managed by the resort.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
