"the condo was beautiful, loved the seating on the porch. Great location and amenities at Aqua. The beach staff was awesome and got our chairs and activities booked. 6th floor was very nice because one of the elevators was down (not a reflection on condo) and that was fine to walkdown to the beach instead of waiting. Mitch was great communicating everything that we needed without it being too much. Condo looked just like the pictures. We had a great time."

"Aqua 603 was everything we hoped for in a beach vacation rental! The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. Being on the 6th floor provided beautiful views while still being just a quick trip to ground level.We especially loved having access to two pools for the days when the kids wanted a break from the beach. One of the biggest perks was that the unit included two sets of beach chairs and umbrellas, so we never had to haul our own equipment back and forth each day.Communication was outstanding—anytime I had a question, I received a text response within minutes. The location couldn't have been better, either. We were within walking distance of numerous shops, restaurants, and Pier Park, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Aqua 603 to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!"

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Parking is easy. All the directions are clear, great communication and quick. Views are gorgeous. Plenty of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. Very clean. The water and dryer are so convenient. TVs in all the rooms. The huge balcony doors are incredible with the sound of the waves. There are a few portable beach chairs you can use if you have little ones (small). Bunch of amenities you could need, keurig, toaster, lemon squeezer, mugs, an ice maker. They thought of everything. There’s no air fryer which would make it perfect but let that be the LEAST of your concerns lol. honestly my favorite save was the 2 space heaters because we went when it was cold at night. I saw some baby items in the closet like playpen. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The 4 beach chairs next to the water were perfect. The place is stunning. I want to come back soon. You won’t regret booking!! Thank you for having us"

There was a lot of seaweed in the ocean during our stay so the pool was a plus. It was very clean and relaxing. "First Aqua Stay We just returned from our 21st annual PCB visit, our first at Aqua Resort. The place is great! The location is perfect right on Front Beach Road, close to enough to walk wherever you would need. The property is very well designed and well kept. Our unit, Aqua 603, was very nice, clean and spacious. Unlike other beach units, it wasn't over-the-top beach theme but just enough to remind you it's right on the beach. And it is right on the beach! The only complaint would be that the 4th bedroom isn't much larger than a large closet. Otherwise, it's highly recommended. This is our 3rd year working through Warren Beach Rentals and the experience has always been good. Communication with them is good and questions are always answered quickly. We are already planning our 2025 trip. See you next year!"

"Yearly Sibling Trip We siblings take a yearly trip to PCB to remember and honor our Mother, who passed away May 2020. She always loved going to the beach, so we spend the week that she passed together doing all of the things she loved to do in PCB. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Unit 603 this year and will definitely return. This unit is clean, fully stocked, decorated beautifully, clean comfy beds and accommodates us all perfectly! It is in the perfect location for our family with four bedrooms and plenty of space and privacy. We also love that it is on the sixth floor, beautiful views of the beach with a large balcony. "Fun time. - Warren Beach Rentals are the best! Anytime I needed to communicate anything with them, they promptly replied and addressed the questions or issues as best they could, or as owner would allow. We have vacation at several of their properties and always had a great experience. However Aqua 603 was not as nice as other units we have been in. Broken furniture and stains, ice maker not working, sink in kitchen leaking at base. Warren Beach Rentals had a new facet put in immediately and sent an ice machine to the unit as well.
We will always book with Warren Beach Rentals but will try to book the unit we had last year."

"Spring Break Bliss - We just got home from a week in Aqua 603. We had 3 adults and 4 kids-16, 14 (two), and 10. This place was perfect for us all. The unit had everything we needed-from our daily used Keurig and blender; plenty of seating for the teens to bring friends in to play spoons at night; to beds and bathrooms for all.
The location was prime. The older boys walked to pier park, daily. We all enjoyed karaoke evenings at Shuckums, and eating at Diego’s (more than we’d like to admit). We felt safe every minute of every day.
Peyton and Tanner were great with getting our beach chairs set up daily and there was also plenty of seating for our friends to come by and sit next to us on the beach.
Warren Beach Rentals was prompt with communication and quickly replied to my many questions before our stay! They even sent up a link so I could make payments each month leading up to our vacation.
We enjoyed our stay so much that Aqua is on the top of our list for next year!"

"Aqua 603 - We had a great stay for the Emerald Coast Cruizin. The room was spacious. Only complaint we had was the housekeeping service didn’t do a very good job. When we arrived there was food still splattered all over the microwave and stove dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I would recommend doing a deep cleaning like once a month because the amount of dust on exhaust fans in bathroom is disgusting, I would also recommend TV remote battery replacement because only living room tv remote would function properly. But other than that very nice place and will be back next year."

"Relaxing Family Time - Our family had such a great time! The condo was big and super clean/spotless. The beds were so comfortable. The place was decorated nicely. And they had everything we needed for cooking. The view was so gorgeous. I loved having coffee outside on balcony every morning. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. Communication was super easy and all of our questions were answered about the area. There is plenty to do here during the day/evenings for the whole family. It is only a short distance to walk to Pier Park. No complaints from us! We are planning on coming back again. Thank you!"

"Incredible Views. Felt like brand new. Very nice and comfortable. What a nice place. The 4th bedroom in Aqua 603 really makes this unit unique.
