"Our stay at Aqua 901 was great! The view was spectacular! The condo was gorgeous, clean and had everything w entered for our week stay. We didn’t realize that it was in the center of everything, meaning nightlife and busy streets, loud karaoke bar right below us across the street, but it didn’t seem to be loud when we were inside of the condo. If you are looking for nightlife and bars, it’s your place to go. It was our first time in that area so I think that we would’ve rather stayed in a Rosemary Beach type of area, quiter situation and a bit more secluded, but nonetheless this place was perfect and the views were like no other. It was right on the ocean and just a few steps to the beach and that made it all worth it! We did have a little issue with the air conditioner and a smell upon arrival, but they were right on it and cleared up the issues right away. I definitely would recommend this place for those looking for a place right on the ocean!! Thank you Mitch and team!!!"

"Wonderful property!! There was some miscommunication about the chairs and umbrella that came with the unit but Warren Beach Rentals made it right. We would 100% stay here again. Lots of room to spread out. Lots of seating in the living room. We had an amazing stay. The two additional bedrooms each had their own balcony over Front Beach Road. There were 3 full baths which was great to have. You really can’t go wrong with this property."

"The condo was absolutely beautiful. Mitch was incredible to work with. Clean sheets. Clean bathrooms. The floor was filthy. We were barefoot in the condo for a couple of hours and the bottom of our feet were black. There was leftover crunched up Doritos on the beautiful rug in the living room as well as the coffee table. All in all I would stay there again. Just hope housekeeping does a better job."

"We picked the perfect place to stay for a visit with our daughter and granddaughter who live in the area. We had plenty of room in a beautifully decorated clean beachy condo with unforgettable views of the Gulf. The bedrooms were all nice sized and having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths is the way to travel to bring your 82 yo mother to see here family on the beach for Thanksgiving! We will stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great location."

"We'd stay again in a heartbeat! The view is absolute perfection. Love the layout of the unit and that the master is a bit away from the other 2 bedrooms. Very spacious. Each bedroom has its own balcony, which everyone loved. Master bedroom has an adjustable bed which was a delightful surprise! Important to know that all of the outlets in the master bedroom are powered by the light switch!! Took us a bit to figure this out. Kitchen supplies were basic but had mostly everything we needed (no Tupperware for food storage). Walkability was great, we walked to Pier Park within 10-15 minutes. Pools were wonderful, never cold water and a tropical vibe. They now have Dat Cajun Beach Bar by the pool, which has great drinks and some menu faves from Dat Cajun Place restaurants (best in PCB!). Elevators were plenty fast, never waited for more than a couple of minutes. The elevator doors close VERY quickly once you're on, so be warned if you have small kids! Our favorite stay so far in PCB!! Warren Rentals was stellar!"

"Great views and great location - We stayed here for 12 days & it was amazing. It was close to everything! We only filled our gas tank once because we were able to walk everywhere! Pier park, Walmart, target, restaurants, things to do were all within a half mile of our location. We had great views from our balcony for the air show. The main reason for my visit was to compete in the Ironman Triathlon on November 4. "Aqua 901 - Our stay at Aqua was amazing. The entire process was easy and timely. They sent several helpful reminders prior to the trip, and right before checkout. The unit itself was beautiful and each bedroom had its own balcony which was a huge perk for us. The views were beautiful and the the condo was very spacious (even the big balcony)and super clean. The Aqua complex was clean too. The decor was beautiful as well. The pool was even nicer in person, except it was very cold. Plenty of seating around the pool and it was not overly crowded. Having the beach chairs was a perk too. The workout room was good too- even for a high school senior boys. The Aqua complex is by far one of the nicest ones on the beach. Its location is perfect. We walked to everything during our stay, from Pier Park to Dusty's and even Walmart. I would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Most beautiful place we've stayed - I've been coming to PCB since I was a little kid. This condo was by far the best I've stayed at. Absolutely beautiful and clean. We did not want to leave. The beds were all comfortable, the big bath tub was a plus for me and my kids. The views in most of the condo are just incredible of the ocean. It was a perfect slice of heaven for us beach lovers. My 4 year old cried the morning we left. We will definitely stay longer than a week next time. We will be back for sure! Thank you Warren beach rentals for a wonderful stay."

"Beautiful condo - Beautiful condo that is well equipped with everything needed to have a wonderful time in PCB. Only negative is the front two bedrooms are on the street side that is across from karaoke bar.
Couches ad beds are very comfy. We would recommend this condo highly."

"Our Family Vacation 2020 - We were absolutely spoiled during our stay at Aqua 901. The condo was absolutely gorgeous. There was plenty of room for 4 adults (2 couples) and 4 children (ages 7,6,5 and 6 months) . We never felt like we were on top of each other and everyone had plenty of room to stretch out, be comfortable, and have “time- away” space too! The balcony was a perfect set up with seats and tables for the gorgeous sun rise, lunch time, and sunsets! I just can’t say enough to note how great the facility was as well.... stay at the pool if you like go to the beach or in between.... perfect each and every day...!"

"HURICANE SALLY - The condo was beautiful the views, decor, location and the property. We watched Hurricane Sally come in. We had a great time the condo was equipped with everything we needed.
