"Book it!!!! - This place was everything the pictures and description advertised. We were blown away by the details. The view. The necessities provided. The neighbors. The less crowded section of the beach. The layout. We felt so comfortable and like we were at home. Thank you for the number of bath towels provided, the kitchen dishes and utensils, the amazingly comfortable beds and having an exceptional ac unit that kept us cool at all times. This will definitely be our go to place when we visit Panama City. Book it you won’t regret it."

"Spacious and clean! - We had a great experience. The condo was as advertised. We went mid-May and there was hardly any others staying at the resort, so parking was easy. I can imagine when it’s full, that may be more of a challenge if you have more than one vehicle. The condo was very clean and very spacious. There were 6 of us and we had more than enough room. The porch was great, with plenty of seating! Highly recommend this space and would rent again if available next time we are down. "

"Beautiful condo; Beautiful beach - This condo is full of light! We loved the amazing and constant views of the ocean and beach. When you awaken in the morning, beauty just hits you in the face--a great start to the day. We enjoyed the location. It is a little away from the hyper-activity at the other end of the beach but close enough to enjoy all the amenities. Communication with the rental company was superb--very responsive. The microwave broke during our stay so as advised, we texted maintenance. Within 10 minutes we had a text response and within 2.5 hours we had a new replacement microwave. You can't beat that. Our grandchildren enjoyed the heated pool. It was clean and not crowded. The master bathroom has two sinks--very nice and is quite spacious. The only thing we expected to be there that were lacking were kitchen towels and dish cloths--so we bought a few and took them back home with us. All in all, this place was exactly what we wanted."

"Amazing as Always We have been staying at this property for 7 years now! This condo in particular for 3 years now and we've never been disappointed! The condo is always clean and it looks exactly like the pictures and what the description says. We will NEVER stay at another property as long as this stays available. The Grand Surf is a very family friendly condo and it is so quiet. We have never had any issue with loud people or anything around us that has ever made us uncomfortable. The pool is always clean and inviting and well appreciated after our Long Beach day or on “rest day”. The condo complex is smaller so you don't have to fight all the people even on the beach. The area where this is located is never over crowded which makes the stay even better! We can't wait for our trip next year… same condo!"

"LOVED....BEAUTIFUL - This is the largest, and most beautifully decorated unit I have ever stayed in at PCB. Finding a 3 bedroom with these views..to accommodate a larger family, is almost impossible. This allowed us space to ourselves, as well as a beautiful kitchen and living space where we all hung out together when we wanted. The area where you step off on your floor (5th) is fabulous. There are places for sandy shoes, towels and a huge storage chest right outside your door. Its literally a small lobby that has so much extra room. When I opened the door the unit, it smelled heavenly. The beds were comfy- plenty of blankets and pillows. I really can't say enough. Everyone on the property was nice, I had not one issue at all the entire week, checking in or out. Thanks so much for allowing us to rent, we hope to come back and stay again."

"Great unit! - We really enjoyed this unit. There was plenty of room for all of us. Master bath is huge. The view was beautiful and the building itself was great. Not crowded and we practically had the pool to ourselves! Since the building has a small number of units we also weren't crowded on the beach. We had everything in the kitchen we needed. Beds were very comfortable and our kids loved their bunk room. Warren Beach Rentals was good about communicating what we needed to take ourselves. We would definitely stay here again!"

Was very clean! We did notice when we went to use the bathtub with three kids the warm water faucet was broken and not working so we just avoided using the tub all together. In the oceanfront bedroom the toilet ring holder on the wall kept falling off so we used that lightly. A remote for the light and fan in the bunkroom was missing a battery so we set that aside and didnt use. Other than that everything was awesome! We would def return to this place! "This is the best condo that we have ever stayed at! - This rental exceeded every expectation we had! This was our first trip to PCB. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful. The views can’t be beat. The condo is on a quieter end of the beach for ultimate relaxation. No loud party crowds here. Everyone we ran into at the condo (mostly private owners) were so nice and helpful. The elevators were fast and not crowded. The beach in front was not crowded at all. There was a beach chair rental in front for easy access if you want to rent (although most people had their own tents and chairs). The kids enjoyed the large box of beach toys at the condo that they could use. The condo was well stocked with anything you would need. The kitchen was huge and the bedrooms were very comfortable. There was easy access to the pool and it was usually empty. The BEST Part was the gated assigned parking. You never had to worry about parking. This condo was very close to many restaurants, beach stores, mini golf that you could walk to. Other popular restaurants, grocery stores, and St Andrews State Park were short drives. The very crowded center of the beach (the pier area) was a short drive but we mostly stayed at our peaceful end of the beach. Thank you Warren Beach Rentals for a perfect and memorable family vacation! I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back! If you are trying to decide with condo to pick- pick this one!"

Great view from 5th floor and walking distance to several activities. "Condo was exactly like the pictures. - The condo was clean, beautiful and big. Hands down the most beautiful place I have stayed yet. I loved the contactless entry. It is gated. 2 parking spots; one adjacent to the building (gated outside) and one covered, under the bldg. I texted management a few times about someone being in our parking spot and a few days in, they finally moved. The outside spots are easier for larger cars. Everything has a code, which is good for safety. Gosh the condo was the best part! Beautiful, comfortable and worth every penny. Stunning views and just perfect! The previous reviews mentioned a cooler and chairs outside but there was not a cooler. Management brought a cooler very quickly. The chairs are a bit rusted and stained my clothes though. The guidelines in the condo mention swim bands and trash chutes. As far as I could see, we were to carry our trash, double bagged, across the street to a dumpster. That was a bummer upon check out because it was flooded to my shins today. The swim bands weren’t around either. The front door bedrooms had an issue with the fan and lights being connected. If one was off it turned the other on, vice versa. The doors to the condo are a bit tricky to close and I never got the sliders to lock - but talk about minor. Management was very responsive and I am thankful. It was quite hard to leave.
Overall, this is the spot and you can’t go wrong with the beauty and comfort of this place."

"Piece of Paradise - Overall we had a amazing stay! We stay on this property every year but this year we rented a different condo then usual but we were not disappointed. It was beautiful updated and the beds were so comfortable!!! Everything was clean and as usual the complex and beach were amazing. The only few things I’d like to note is communicating between the rental company was a little hard. When we got there the parking spot that went with our condo was roped off with caution tape. We didn’t know what to do and we set there for a long while waiting for someone to return our call. They were not sure what was going on but told us to park anywhere in the outside spaces. No parking pass was left at the condo so we got a tow warning. We ended up having to go to the property management place and get the parking pass. I WOULD NOT COUNT THIS AGAINST THE CONDO THOUGH. It all got solved and all was well. My only recommendation to the owner is to add a DVD player. The week we were there we got completely rained out one day and spent the day relaxing in the condo. We brought movies incase and we were expecting a DVD player since the other condo we always stayed in had one. ONCE AGAIN MY FAULT NOT THEIRS. I should of read the amenities list better. It’s just a suggestion. They had a cooler , umbrellas and beach chairs for use which was great. As I said all in all it was a wonderful condo at a amazing complex and we would definitely stay in the condo again. It was truly a piece of paradise for a week before headed back to reality."

"Beautiful condo - We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and the beach felt like it was our own private beach. There was a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels available for us to use. We absolutely will stay here again!"

"Great Honeymoon Location!! This condo was exactly as pictured when booking. The master suite faced the Gulf of Mexico. It was breathtaking for someone who'd never stayed on the ocean before, much less ever seen the Gulf. My husband was awed! It was perfect for our honeymoon and we are looking to return. The property was clean and beautifully furnished. We had a small problem with getting on the elevator to our condo upon our arrival; and though it was late on a Sunday evening, Management responded quickly and explained how the information previously forwarded was to be interpreted. It could have been a disaster for us; but Management's timely response on that one night saved our honeymoon for the rest of the week."

"Great Place - We really enjoyed our stay at "The Big Easy" the condo is just as nice as the pictures! The kitchen is great size, as are all the bedrooms. It's a quiet place and not at all crowded at this part of the beach. Close to everything you would need."

"Can’t wait to return! - Our family of 6, ages 9-45, had the most incredible stay at The Pearl. The beach was pristine and uncrowded, and the water was deep, clear blue. The condo is as nice in person as the pictures, perfect representation. The BEST part of the condo are the views; you can see the ocean all the way through the master suite! Warren Beach Rentals communicates well and were quick to respond before and during our stay. We enjoyed several local restaurants and businesses for meals and fun. All six of us give this property FIVE stars!"

"Blissful Vacation - This condo was as amazing as the photos promised. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in this unit that had plenty of space for us to spread out. "Will be returning - Location is perfect, condo is spacious, and check-in was seamless.
Boutique type of building. My family loved that we didn’t have to share the beach with many other people. Parking is right beside the elevator, pool is gulf front, and the beach is like 2 steps away. So easy when dealing with my parents and baby. We will definitely be frequenting here!

"Best trip ever. Peaceful and never crowded - I just cannot express how wonderful our stay was at the big easy! This unit was massive and we were able to spread out and really enjoy hanging out and enjoy watching the beach and the sunsets. We never waited more than 10 seconds for an elevator I could be down at the pool and the beach within 30 seconds. The covered parking was awesome it was secured and absolutely new in every way the owner spared no expense on this and it shows!! Highly, Highly recommended!!!"
