"Host responded back normally within 30 minutes. Had few small inconveniences but it was resolved. I feel comfortable in saying that if anything seriously was wrong that Mitch would had gotten issue resolved. Mitch was professional and we would use him again for sure. The staff was great as well."

"The room was clean and well put together with clear instructions and had quick response for communication. The tiki bar, pool, beach chair reservations, and food hub were great amenities to our stay! Easy on Walking and short drives to every attraction around. Pier park across the street was great for their food! Overall, we had a wonderful experience with the resort and stay!"

"Perfect condo and perfect location This condo is everything you could want for a perfect beach stay. It is conveniently located by the elevators, but quiet. It was clean and updated and within a quick walk to Pier Park. If we had an issue or problem Warren Beach Rentals was very quick ro respond. Calypso is, by far, the best condo to stay at in PCB and we will stay at this condo again."

"Parking / pool - We LOVED, LOVED the location!!!!!!! They only thing that I struggled with was that we had to park in tower 3 even though we were in tower 2. I also really didn’t like that we were not allowed to go to tower 3 pool with our baseball family because our condo was in tower 2 even though they were the same condo!!!! That really should change! We wanted to sit with them in the evening and talk but were not allowed since we were in tower 2. Although those two things were not good everything else was Fantastic!!!! We will definitely stay again! We had two 19 year old girls two 14 year old boys with us and they loved it also!!!"

"Wonderful - The stay was nice and in walking distance to my event. Maintenance had to be call because the air conditioner was not working properly. They came immediately and fix it. The mattress es in the bunk beds need replacing. I was surprised by the increase in the cost of the parking garage especially when the contract said it would be $20.00.

"We were very pleased with everything. Room was perfect (just couldn't find the ironing board) LOL We were very pleased with the room. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. Love being on the 10th floor (I don't like to be real high up), so that was perfect. Owner of Condo was awesome in helping me Thursday night, the night we arrived, because at 9:30pm there was a tornado warning just west of us and I was panicking to say the least and he text with me back and forth until the storm headed away from us. That really meant a lot to me - even though my husband was cool as a cucumber during all that! LOL. Warren Beach Rentals are the greatest to rent from! We've rented from them for years and the rooms are always great!"

"Very nice unit with great amenities and perfect location. - The location is fabulous. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The condo is great, nice main bedroom. Baths and kitchen were clean. The pools and bar area were nice and the beach and sunsets were perfect. Having a free chair rental is a huge plus, as the company managing the rentals were definitely monitoring things pretty strictly. Being on the 3rd floor and not having to wait on elevators is a definite perk also. Common areas of the building, halls and stairwells, were a little dirty and worn, but I think that is pretty common at most places. Bottom line, we would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"First Rate - We have rented from Warren Beach Rentals for the past five years, and have always had wonderful service and communications with them. All of their units in Calypso have been in excellent condition, clean, and full of all the amenities that one might need. 308W was no exception. Being on the 3rd floor was so convenient because we didn't need to use the elevators, but the stairs were easy when we headed to the pool or to Pier Park. Check in and out was a breeze following their thorough instructions. They always responded quickly if we had a question or concern. We have recommended Warren Beach Rentals to other people who were also very satisfied with their accommodations. We have spent January and February in Panama City Beach for the past five years, and are grateful that we found Warren Beach Rentals who have made our winters at Calypso so enjoyable."

"Truly enjoyed our stay at Calypso 308W. Beautiful unit with an Amazing view of the Ocean. Close to everything at Panama City Beach. - We absolutely loved our stay at 308W at Calypso Towers. The unit is very pretty, quiet spacious and big, extremely clean, kitchen is well stocked with everything that might be needed during your stay, beds and pillows are very comfortable, lots of sunlight with an AMAZING view of the ocean. The unit is exactly same as in the pictures and has everything as being advertised. Being on the 3rd floor, it is very convenient to take the stairs instead of the lift for the beach, if there is a long wait for it. Also, the parking garage is connected with Calypso Tower at the 3rd floor, so it is quiet easy to walk from our car to the unit, without taking any lifts or stairs. Overall Calypso Towers is very clean like the passages, lifts, parking garage, swimming pool and also it is walking distance from the Pier and everything else like shops, restaurants etc. Warren Beach Rentals sent us all required information before our travel date. The communication with them was pretty easy. They were always responding back to us whenever we had any questions for them. Checkin and checkout both were very smooth for us. We would highly suggest anyone to book Calypso 308W if you are looking for a great place to spend your vacation at the Panama City beach. We would love to come back again."

"Excellent! - Calypso unit 308 was great! The process of booking, checking in and out was super easy. We liked seeing the security guards at the parking deck during the week. "Awesome - The property management was great. Always got a quick response to any questions I had. No one checked out the day we arrived so we got an early check in and no one was scheduled to come in the day we left so we got a late check out. Checking in was a breeze. Just went straight to the condo. The condo was completely clean and well stocked. The third floor was great because we could take the stairs if the elevators were crowded. The property was very clean (even smelled really good in breezeways and stairwells) we had two teenagers so being close to Pier Park was great. I would definitely recommend this unit and working with Warren Property Management!"
