Calypso was perfectly suited for our crew, out of the mayhem of the east end and our family loved the firepits and gulf front pools.
The kids spent a lot of time with friends across the street at Pier Park.
Hard to imagine a better vacation experience.
We were also overwhelmed with the hospitality shown us by the Warren Beach Rentals staff. We had a health issue and they immediately got us pointed in the right direction, and checked on us throughout our stay and Mitch even emailed us after.

The location with the restaurants being in walking distance made this condo one to come back to . The only negative was the fire ants around the pool everyday. We notified the management and they sprayed once, but the ants came back and were in the pool too. Might need to hire a professional pest control company. Other than that we would recommend to friends and family."

"Stunning view from our balcony! - Condo was just as described in the listing and pictures. Our family of six had plenty of space in each of the rooms and bathrooms. Was located on the 14th floor right on the beach and the view was gorgeous! Was nice having beach chairs provided for all six of us. Only complaint is that for a few days only 1 of the elevators were working so you either had to wait 40 min to get on or take the stairs. Overall everything was great and we definitely would come back!"

"Amazing Getaway This was a last minute trip for Memorial Day weekend. We typically do not book condos due to elevators, crowded etc and almost always get a house on beach. None were available for our short stay in price range. This exceeded our expectations. The condo was very clean, neatly decorated and the view was amazing. I loved that it was on the 3rd floor and the height of the view was perfect. We had enough pillows, blankets and towels. They give you just enough toiletries, paper towels, couple trash bags, and dish soap to get started so be sure to bring your own of which we always do. There were no oven mitts but thankfully they had kitchen towel to assist with that. I honestly think that may have been a cleaning error and not intentional. Communication was perfect, check in and out was a breeze, and parking was good. Overall, we loved the condo and would book again if not finding a house on beach. Close to everything especially Pier Park. One last thing...book through their site. I was on the fence about not using AirBnB or VRBO but it saves so much in fees and we had a very pleasant positive experience which settled all doubts and fears. So, what are you waiting for...this place was amazing, kid friendly and the pictures are spot on but the reality was so much better in person."

"Amazing view and great condo! - Stayed for the week with a group of friends, 4 adults and 4 kids. Condo is very specious and beautifully decorated. Views are breathtaking! The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and entertainment, shopping. We will definitely consider coming back! Management was very helpful and responsive, the issue with the kitchen sink disposal was fixed in timely manner. Overall the resort is very beautiful and well maintained, the swimming pools and the bar was a pleasant addition to the experience. We had a great time and unforgettable memories. Thank you!"

"My favorite condo yet!! - It was a great stay. We had everything we needed and more. Lots of extras. Volleyball and football in closet waiting for beach fun! Very big and roomy. Queen bunk beds were a hit! Loved the corner suite. Windows on both sides. Beach view and street view (city light)! Our pool was heated on our side. Very inviting and homey! 14th floor was high enough to avoid pool noise but low enough to sit on the balcony and see the beach and the Emerald Coast. Unit was SUPER clean and very nice. Loved everything about 1401E.
Everything was close. We parked and walked everywhere. Something for every member of our family to enjoy. Fishing on the pier, shops and things to do in Pier Park and of course the beach. "Beautiful Condo, Amazing Views, and Lasting Memories - Wow, just wow! Our family stayed for a week in the Calypso 1401 E Condo. It was such an incredible stay for us. Communication was open and easy with the owners/management, cleanliness was 5 star, and amenities were perfect. The condo itself has 3 great size rooms and 3 full bathrooms. The bunk room has queen size beds, which is almost unheard of, but perfect for our adult size children. The second bedroom has views for days, which is highly uncommon. Because this is a corner unit, the 2nd bedroom has views of the oceanfront. Our kids loved waking up to the sunrise in the morning. The main bedroom was so roomy, including a huge closet and amazing bathroom, with of course it's own entry onto the balcony. Since the unit is on the 14th floor, the views are amazing on the roomy balcony. The property has it's own cute touches, like the coffee/wine area, that not only make you feel as if you're on vacation but also comfy enough to feel like you're home. The condo is in the heart of Pier Park, which makes finding things to do a breeze. Plenty of shopping, dining, or just relaxing on the beach! We will definitely be returning to this property! "FANTASTIC CONDO!!!! Calypso 302W was GREAT! The pictures are exactly as the condo is. Inviting beach decor and roomy. The beds are so very comfortable. We slept 6 people easily. 3rd floor is the way to go and avoiding all the elevators with still getting a spectacular view of the beach. Mitch and his crew were always available and quick to get back with any questions. From booking to checkout everything was smooth. We parked our cars and never left - everything you need is right there. Calypso has great pools and the beach is beautiful. We will definitely rent this condo again.
