"Loved this PCB condo! It’s comfortable, clean and updated. The view of the gulf and pier is amazing. We enjoyed every minute. The beach and included chaise lounges and umbrella were convenient. We bought 2 parking passes and the garage was easy and a quick walk to Pier Park. My only issue was that the check in instructions were sent via text not through the vrbo app. I missed them because I get so many spam texts."

The condo was nicely decorated with a lovely beach themed decor and well stocked with necessities. The condo is also centrally located to the pool and gym as well as short walk to Pier Park. The condo exceeded our expectations.We had a few minor issues occur during our stay. The property manager promptly responded to my message and the issues were all handled by maintenance the same day. I am already looking forward to returning for my next visit."

"⭐️ Sunsets, Comfort, and the Perfect Beach Condo – We’ll Be Back! - We had such a wonderful stay at Calypso Tower 408E! The condo was perfectly located above the pool with a beautiful view overlooking the beach. Every evening we sat on the balcony and watched the sunset — it was breathtaking. It truly felt like God paints a brand new masterpiece in the sky every night. One of the best perks was the beach chair service that came with the condo. It made our beach days so easy since we didn’t have to drag chairs and umbrellas down with all the other things we bring to the beach. The condo itself was spotless — truly clean, clean, clean! The mattresses were so comfortable and the sheets were soft and fresh. The bathrooms were nicely upgraded and everything felt well cared for. The kitchen was also well stocked with plenty of cookware, which made it easy to prepare meals. They also provide thoughtful extras like dishwasher pods, a brand-new packaged sponge, and even laundry pods for the washer, which we really appreciated. After a long day at the beach, we loved relaxing and watching movies in the evenings with the DirecTV channels. Check-in and checkout were extremely easy, and Mitch was fantastic to work with. His instructions were always clear and user-friendly, and he was very prompt with responses whenever we had a question. You can tell he really pays attention to the details to make sure guests have a great stay. We had such a great experience and will absolutely be back. 408E definitely has our attention and we plan to be returning guests for years to come! Until next time!"

The view from the balcony is breathtaking. I loved going to sleep listening to the waves and the night breeze. Beach was clean and not overly crowded for the week before the 4th of July. Beach chairs and umbrella being included in the rental was a big help. We walked to Pier Park multiple times for dinner, shopping, entertainment, etc. Great location and didnt have to drive anywhere unless we wanted to."

It is within walking distance even for my older family that was with us. The rooms are always beautiful. "Exceeded our expectations - This unit was absolutely beautiful! Our stay was the week of July 4th so the condo was incredibly crowded. We have a 4 and 6 year old so the fact that this unit was on the 4th floor allowed us to utilize the stairs rather than waiting in long lines for the elevator. There is also an additional elevator in the lobby of the condo that goes to the 4th floor, so that was also a bonus. We will definitely be back!"

"We love Calypso - This is our 2nd time staying at Calypso, first time in 408E. The new decor was great, everything was beautiful. Very clean. Plenty of items like dishes, hair dryers (3), extra linens. My only complaints were the super scratchy sheets (will bring my own next time, so scratchy I couldn’t sleep) and the bunk room had no closet or chest. They should switch out the tv cabinet for a small chest of drawers so there is somewhere for them to put clothes. All of the property people onsite were awesome."

"Great Location, but take supplies - First the good: It is a GREAT location. Close to the pier where you can walk to everything there. Now the not so good. There were 5 light bulbs out & no spares. There was no extra toilet paper which I have never seen & I have traveled from CA to FL. No extra paper towels. There were not even any extra trash bags. We dumped trash all week & when we finally tried to take the trash bag out of the large container the bag was so cheap it just came apart. The master bedroom door was very hard to close & there was one lamp that didn’t even work. Also the lowest tempature setting on the thermostat was 68 degrees."

"Wonderful unit with a gorgeous view! - This unit was perfect! We have stayed at the Calypso several times and have always enjoyed it. This time was no exception. The unit was nicely decorated and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with every pot, pan and accessory needed. There were plenty of linens and towels as well. The pictures shown and the description of the condo were precisely what we walked into. We had to contact Heidi for a small parking pass issue which she immediately helped us with. We had an amazing vacation in a beautiful place! Then...the night before we were to check out, we had our radiator and water pump go out in our truck on the way to a lovely last night dinner. It was a Sunday so we could not get it repaired until the next day. We didn’t have a vehicle to use to put our belongings in or to find another room for the night until or vehicle was repaired. A quick text to Heidi and she saved us. She quickly told us we were welcome to stay another night or two until our vehicle was repaired. She immediately sent us a new door and parking garage code as well as contacted the cleaning service to let them know we would not be checking out. She was truly a lifesaver! She definitely made a stressful situation so much easier for us. Sometimes vacations are about the people not just the place! Luckily we got both! We would highly recommend renting this condo! "Clean, Well Maintained beachfront condo with fantastic views! - We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our week in PCB. The views are amazing and Heidi is so nice to work with. The Calypso Towers have well maintained grounds, and very clean facilities. We had plenty of room in the condo with 4 adults and 2 children on our stay. Location is convenient and within walking distance to Pier Park."

"Fantastic beach vacation, once again. - We had a great time, everything was exactly as expected and everything worked. 4th floor condo gives easy access with the central elevator. I forgot to get a parking pass for a car and the owner worked diligently Saturday night to help us. She kept us informed and we felt she wanted us to have a nice stay. I did feel the cleaning crew needed to get more of the sand and hair off the floors but they did look and smell clean. Overall we had a great week and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Heidi for a great time!"

"Awesome place with a great location - This place is just as beautiful as the pictures online and the space seems larger than what the pictures showed. The view is perfection from the spacious balcony. It had enough room for me to do my yoga on every morning. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of cookware including a coffee pot, Keurig, and blender. I absolutely loved the pantry. It had space for food for all 8 of us. The bedrooms were spacious. The master had a king size bed and we were still able to have a full size blow up mattress in the floor in there. So my family of 4 slept comfortably the whole trip. The bedroom with the bunkbed was small but it had storage under the bed and in the dresser. The laundry room is huge as well. We dropped our beach stuff there at the end of each day. The elevator situation was perfect too as you get to use the one that only goes up to the 4th floor. So we never waited for an elevator. We walked to Pier Park so we didn’t have to get stuck in traffic in the parking lot there. The sandwich shop across the street had great sandwiches and pizza and they delivered right to the pool at Calypso. The only downside to this place is the traffic around it. It may take a little longer to get back to it during peak times of the day. Also, if it says the day is going to be a washout and you plan to go to the movies at Pier Park, order your tickets online a day ahead as they sale out quickly. The movie we wanted to se was sold out until 5pm that day. But we were able to drive into Panama City (about 30 minutes away) and see the movie at PC Theater where the tickets were only $5.99 a piece and you got free popcorn so that was a win for us. All in all this is a great place to spend you vacation."

"Calypso paradise - We just spent an amazing week at the Calypso! Our condo was even better than described. It was very clean and had everything we could ever need or want. The location of the building is perfect for shopping and dining. Heidi, the condo owner, was extremely great to work with. She was quite prompt with any questions or concerns prior to our arrival. Once we arrived, she made sure everything was in order. We hope to go back to this location in future trips."

"Great Condo! - This condo is in great shape. It is just like the pictures show! Heidi is very easy to work with and checked in with me to make sure we got in OK. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and the 4th floor was awesome, just one floor up from the 3rd floor elevators. The view was still really nice from there. The weather was great at the end of October! A time we've always wanted to check out. This condo was a last minute booking because of a cancellation from a condo service due to Hurricane Michael. We so appreciated Heidi letting us book with her last minute. Hurricane Michael update: the west end of PCB is up and running and almost everything is open. The service workers are counting on customers to rebuild and get back on their feet. They welcome visitors. Some lost everything in Panama City, where most of them live, and appreciate any generous gratuities. My only advice would be to stay away from the east and and out of Panama City where they are trying to clean up and recover from the storm. (I'd want to know this so I hope no one minds me posting this) Godspeed to all the hurricane survivors and their families. We would definitely stay in this condo again. Thanks so much for sharing it with us, Heidi! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there."
