"The condo was exactly as described. It was very spacious and clean, and it had all of the basic necessities. It comfortably slept and accommodated our family of 4. The view from the 21st floor was beautiful, and we had the best vacation. One thing that wasn’t mentioned was the parking fee so that was unexpected, but it was $45 for the whole stay. The only inconvenience we experienced during our stay was the elevators at the resort, but we know that’s no reflection on Mitch and his property. The resort said they had maintenance working on them, but the wait times for an elevator were extensive (40 min. on our arrival day). Overall, we had a great experience and look forward to staying at this condo again in the future."

"Our stay here was wonderful. Perfect for a beach getaway for a couple or small family. We have stayed at Celadon several times and love the location. The condo had a great view on the 21st out of 23 floors and had nice furniture on the balcony. The bed was comfortable and there was a ceiling and portable fan which was nice to have. The kitchen had all the necessities. One thing to be mindful of is the elevators are busy at certain times of the day so we just tried to avoid them to avoid the wait. They were fast once you were on. One nice thing especially for families with young kids is the buildings next to Celadon create a nice shade until about 9am for early beach risers. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The location is amazing! Right at the beach on the quiet side of PCB, yet close to activities and restaurants. Tasteful decorated - feels cozy and welcoming. Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen. Loved having two full baths - made getting ready for nights out quick and easy. The balcony was one of our favorite things about this place. We spent early mornings and late evenings just relaxing there. The host was very proactive with communication. Definitely will recommend to others."

"Great condo! I'm so pleased to give this 5 star rating. I was so happy when I first walked in till I unfortunately finally walked out. Everything was beautiful and well stocked. Everything worked. Sometimes there may be one or two maintenance issues but I could find none! It's very clear that Warren Beach Rentals takes great pride in managing their properties. "Beautiful Clean Condo - This is a beautiful and clean condo. It’s clean and up-to-date decorations were refreshing! The beds were comfortable and every possible kitchen item is available. The refrigerator worked well and had a new water filter in it. The unit was perfect! We did have an issue with some young adults throwing fruit and ice from their room on the 17th floor while we were in the pool and on the beach. My daughter was hit with a grape and my husband with ice on two different days. The issue is that there is NO security on the premises and no person was ever available at the front desk other than a realtor. I left messages and was not contacted back by management. There were some maintenance men who tried to help with the situation but with no security on the premises, there wasn’t much that could be done."

"Great stay! - My 15 year old daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at several different units at Celadon over the years and love the people, space and privacy on the west end. Including the beach chairs makes all of the difference. So relaxing! We visited Mike's for a great dinner and Thomas's for great donuts. The Carousel was very convenient and decently priced for liquor and food. The convenience store pizza was pretty ok too.. We really didn't have to leave the local area. The pools and hot tubs and pools were clean. Elevators were quick and efficient.
The unit was quiet, open, clean and decorated well. The beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of useful cookware. It was a great relaxing, refreshing, fun week at the beach. Thank you so much!"

"Amazing and restful stay - My husband and I were looking for a relaxing beach holiday in a beautiful location and we found it here! Stunning beaches and water, a clean and well stocked condo, and great local restaurants nearby within walking distance or a short drive. "This unit is very clean and has all the amenities. The beds were very comfortable. I actually slept on one of the bunks and it was comfortable too. The unit is very clean and has a nice view of the beach from the balcony. The use of free beach chairs is also a nice bonus. The area where the condo is located is very quiet. It's just a quick drive to Pier Park. Will stay here again in the future."

"Very nice condo, pictures don't do it justice - We loved, loved, loved this condo? The view from the balcony is awesome, it's almost as if you can reach right out and touch the beautiful waters of PCB. The condo is perfectly decorated, we plan on copying many of the colors and the laminate wood flooring is gorgeous. This 1br condo has a HUGE water heater, so you won't run out of hot water 😀. Plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a huge plus is Celadon is not on the "busy" east end of Panama City Beach. Highly recommend you stay here, for a quiet relaxing vacation."

"We loved our stay at this PCB condo! It was very clean and just as pictured in the photos above. The unit is a great size, and with the pull out couch, we were easily able to accommodate 3 adults and 1 child. The amenities at this resort are great as well. We made use of both pools and hot tubs on the property and found that because there are 2 of each, they never seemed overcrowded! Once off of the elevator on the ground floor, it’s only about a 15 second walk to the beach, which is wonderful! There is one set of beach chairs that comes complimentary with the room, which we found to be a nice touch and much appreciated! One suggestion I have for future renters — purchase/print your parking pass(es) beforehand if possible (which is what the owners suggest as well). We forgot to do that before we headed down and wished we would’ve brought them with us. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again!"

"GREAT place in Panama City Beach - We’ve been to the gulf coast quite a few times but this was the first time staying in PCB. The Celadon condos are in a great location, away from the busier areas but still close enough to get to restaurants, stores and entertainment in just a few minutes by car.
The dates we booked ended up being partially during a hurricane, and the property owners allowed us to cancel our first night, but we kept the following three nights and I’m glad we did. The building itself is fine, but the unit we stayed in was excellent. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and from the 21st floor, a GREAT view. We will definitely book this unit again."

"The view from this condo is incredible. The photos do not do it justice.the balcony had a table for 4 plus two side tables - it was larger than I expected. Cushioned Beach Chairs and umbrella included sold this place for me - that was such a nice feature. Pools at the resort were not as nice as expected from the photos, but if you are choosing a beachfront property for the beach access and views of the beach from your unit this place can not be beat. Not walking distance from nice restaurants, but if you want to bring your own food & drinks this is perfect. Grocery stores less than 10 min drive away. Note parking is extra and you must set it up and print your own pass in advance. But it was easy to walk from garage across road via elevated, enclosed walkway to condo."
