1104 is completely new for 2023. This never before rented has had a total renovation from the ground up and now offered for the very first time.
Gleaming new floors, furniture, paint, trim, bedding. All new, all designer inspired. It is clean, new, comfortable, and ready for you.
1104 features a magnificent balcony that is one of the largest at the beach. Plenty of room for Al Fresco dining and lounging. Truly a unique amenity, and one of the reasons that Emerald Isle wins the Travel awards for best specialty lodging for the last four years running.
Inside 1104 you will find a large gulf front master with ensuite custom bath. The king size master bed has gulf views and access to the balcony. The living room is newly furnished and has a custom kitchen with fine appointments that no other unit at Emerald Isle offers. The guest bedroom has a massive flat screen tv, king bed and bathroom access.
Be advised Emerald Isle Resort (not us) charges $40 fee per vehicle for parking and for wristbands. This is payable to Emerald Isle in the management office on the 4th floor after settling in the unit.
Emerald Isle Resort properties, our two luxury condominiums sit on the west end of Panama City Beach providing a peaceful setting and value away from the noise but only minutes away from Pier Park. Pier Park is Panama City's newest entertainment destination with shops, restaurants, movie theater, and more. The west end location is near the popular beaches of South Walton and the modern shops and restaurants located along route 30A. Rosemary Beach is only 7 miles away.
Emerald Isle offers a host of amenities including a hot tub and two gulf front swimming pools , an exercise room, and pool side steam room. There are stainless steel barbecue grills located at the pool pavilion between both pools.
