"We had an incredible stay and had everything we needed. The facilities and pool area were beautiful, impressively clean, and clearly well-maintained. We spent so much time on the spacious balcony; the views are stunning from both the porch and from inside the unit. It was the perfect spot for some relaxing sitting. The onsite walk-up Tiki bar was so convenient for quick drinks and food. Steve with the beach service-he was fantastic, friendly, and works so hard to ensure guests are taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!"

"Great condo could use a little more attention to cleaning but overall was a great place to stay. It’s hard to see the ocean for the palm trees right in front of the condo. We had hot water issues but the rental company was quick to respond and send some one out to check things out. We will definitely stay again!"

"We enjoy the place! The condo is very well located, nice and neat! Enough space for our family of 5! Beautiful views and pretty close to the beach. Mitch was always ready to ask my questions, we actually extended our stay one more night! We will back for sure!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay in condo 1-304 at Grand Panama Beach Resort! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Waking up to the ocean views and being just steps from the beach was unbeatable. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions, yet still peaceful and family-friendly. The resort amenities were great, especially the pools and easy beach access. Parking and elevators were convenient, which made coming and going a breeze. This condo truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience in Panama City Beach. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a top-notch beach getaway!"
