"Island Time" is a spacious house in a perfect location to local attractions and just a few steps to the beach. It features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and is accommodating enough to sleep up to 13 guests! Enjoy the walkout balconies, spectacular private pool and lounge deck area each day and night while taking in views from every direction!  Beach access right out the front door and across one small access road and located right next door to another premier property "Latitude Adjustment-PCB"

As you enter Island Time luxury vacation home, you will notice a bright open floor plan. The first floor living area has plenty of comfy seating and a large flat screen TV. This area opens to the fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs.  The dining area is very well lit and seats 8 guests with 4 additional stools at the kitchen/bar area. Down the hallway is a Queen bedroom with flat screen TV and a view of the large private pool area. There is also a bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a spacious washer/dryer laundry area on this floor. The back door will lead straight onto the large pool deck and lounge area and a Green Egg for grilling!   Pool heat available for an additional fee.

Head up to the second level and you will find an additional living area, three bedrooms, and two more bathrooms. The second living area has seating a large flat screen TV, and a twin over twin bunk nook.  In addition there is another bunk area with twin over full.  There are two bedrooms on the opposite side both with queen beds. These rooms share the spacious hall bathroom with a double vanity with shower/tub combo.
