Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Longer stays of 6 nights required from Memorial Day to First Sat in August (peak summer) Spring break and fall break may require stays of 4-5 minimum. A $500 refundable deposit is required and collected on the guests card the day prior to arrival. it will be automatically refunded within 4 days of check out provided no damage has occurred.
