Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Longer stays required in summer. A separate damage deposit is required refundable after your stay. Carillon Beach does charge a registration fee per vehicle that covers your entire stay and grants you exclusive access to all of the beach and amenities. Carillon HOA requires a $35.00 parking pass for each vehicle for the week. Parking available for 3 vehicles max.
