"place was awesome. the 5 grandkids loved the pool. the big couch upstairs on the main floor was great. we all hung out there at night. the location was close to the beach and restaurant's. renting a golf cart is key. the owner gave me the place to rent and it was there at the exact time they said it would be there. check in and out was perfect. the adults loved the workout room at the community building. I recommend eating at The Shack. they have great fish."

"The house was as described. Beautiful! Pool was outstanding. Nice quiet area, a short walk to the beach. The community pools were nice and a short walk away. A few updates needed. A fan in the garage/play room, a second refrigerator, the back outside steps to the kitchen need to be fixed and a booklet of HOA rules and suggestions of things to do in the area would be nice. One big disappointment was that the hot tub. It is controlled by the owner and you have to pay to have it heated. It was our understanding that the hot tub was hot and if you wanted the pool to be heated you would have to pay to do that. Overall we had a great time!Thank YouChris Wuerl"

"Amazing Stay!This home is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood just minutes from the beach. It was very comfortable for our group of five adults—plenty of space so no one ever felt cramped. The beds and linens were excellent quality and we all slept well.We made great use of the kitchen; it was well-stocked with all the hardware we needed, making cooking easy. The double oven was a wonderful touch, and the additional refrigerator downstairs meant we didn’t have to constantly run upstairs. We also loved using the grill!The pool was wonderful and so relaxing, and the yard was impeccably maintained. The house itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!"

"Property was so nice! We had a large party and there was enough room for all of us and enough kitchen essentials to even cook for all of us! We did have a few minor issue with a plug in and smoke detector but both were communicated and handled in a quick and professional manner. "What a beautiful property to stay at! We had 11 of us ranging from 1-71 and we all had a great time. The pool was a blast and the kids were in it non-stop. It did rain quite a bit when we were there so the covered porch and deck were great to sit out on. We also were able to grill our fresh catch of fish on the outside grill provided. The TV went out when we were there and they came to fix it right away and were always very responsive to any questions we had.If you plan to stay around the neighborhood and just go to the beach, a golf cart is a must have! It will get you most places you want to go. If you do plan to adventure out much, it would be worth renting a vehicle as uber can add up quickly. The clubhouse was wonderful too, they had a beautiful pool, playground, basketball court, gym, and many other things.The house doesn’t have a pack & play, and we had a little one with us, so we ended up renting a crib. This worked out great and they had it waiting on the porch as soon as we got there, and picked it up when we were done. All in all, 10 out of 10 stars for this stay, we definitely had no regrets!"

"50th Anniversary Celebration - We had a lovely stay at No Regrets - the location was perfect - giving us access to both beach and the private pool. The house was immaculate and we enjoyed both the balconies. The site did list the airport (Ft. Walton) we assumed -as 10 minutes away - plan on a least a 1/2 hour for this drive. It was a perfect house for our group - everyone enjoyed having comfortable beds and we appreciate having use of the laundry facilities. There are numerous steps in the house but that is evident by the pictures - just know that you will be taking lots of steps during your stay. We had a first for getting the whole family together and everyone enjoyed the visit. Thanks for sharing this beautiful house."

"Wonderful house in a great location - Our multi-generational family of 11 had a great time at No Regrets. The house was well appointed and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. I think the pool and the location really made it special though. It was a short walk to the beach and local restaurants and we loved having the larger heated pool. It did take us a few tries before we got the hot tub working - it was a bit complicated to operate. Mitch or his team did respond promptly to our questions. We enjoyed our stay in Destin at No Regrets and would definitely consider returning."

"ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !! - We choose Destin for our fall break destination. NO REGRETS definitely sums up our family vacation. The house and neighborhood are incredible. House was beautifully decorated, and we had plenty of room for the entire family. Loved having coffee on the balcony in the mornings, and rocking in the rocking chairs late night with our cocktails. The pool and hot tub in the backyard are such a great amenity, plus you have access to pickle ball, basketball courts and community pool. We rented the golf cart which was so much fun and greatly added to our beach stay experience. Warren Beach staff made our trip perfect and we will definitely be back."

"AMAZING property for extended families! - We had a fantastic time at this clean, well stocked property. For reference, our family of 5 traveled with 3 grandparents in tow. There was plenty of room to spread out to read or relax watching one of the many TVs located throughout the home. We enjoyed the large, clean pool as well as access to the community pool which was often empty. There are more than enough beach chairs to take back and forth from the beach. My teens loved having a little more privacy in the back bedrooms of the spacious home. My mother in law and parents appreciated the en suite options. The golf cart was a fantastic added bonus! We used often to get back and forth from the community pool as well as the beach most days. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, glasses/plasticware and utensils. The grill was clean and well maintained. There is a smallish yard next to the pool if you have littles that need that extra space to run around. My parents loved sitting on the back patio as well as the several rocking chairs on both the upper deck and front porch. We've rented several homes throughout Destin over the years and this one is easily the nicest and best maintained we've had in a long time. Create your own family memories at NO REGRETS!"

It was spacious and we used it every day. The beach was a short walk from the home... Not to mention Crab Shack being right around the corner as well!! I would recommend some small adjustments on dusting the home and a few other cleaning adjustments but overall I would give cleanliness a 4. Even though I feel those minor adjustments could be made it didn't take away from our wonderful experience!"

"We have no regrets - This was a beautiful property and pool. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. My entire family came from everywhere and we rented a total of 4 houses. But this was the "go to" house for everybody. The beach was beautiful and it was great to shower off outside and jump in the pool. We also loved grilling and sitting outside by the pool. "Beautiful 5 bedroom home with a pool and close vicinity to the beach (10 min walk). Loved it! - This property was perfect for our family. We had the flexibility to chill at the house by the pool or make the 10 min walk to the beach. The beds were all very comfortable! The kitchen is large and had all the required pots/pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. There was also extra refrigerators in the garage which was useful for our group of 14. The home has a lot of natural light. My only recommendation for improvement would be to have cleaning supplies available, including a broom. Our 1 year old dumped the remains of a box of cereal and we had no way to sweep it up. There was a vacuum, but it did not work well (might need a new filter), it blew the crumbs around and did not suction correctly. We would definitely return to this property for future vacations!!"

"One of the best we’ve rented - Our family had such a great time staying at No Regrets in Destin. The house was very clean and tastefully, but minimally decorated in a coastal decor. Very comfortable for the 12 of us. The bedroom configurations worked out well for us. We had 6 adults and 6 children (ages 11 to 22 months). On the first floor there are two master suites, a double Queen room and a bunk room (2 bunk beds and one fold out bed). These worked out great for the two younger families with kids to sleep on the same floor. The 5 older kids loved the bunk room and the baby slept in the double Queen room in a pack ‘n play. There is a large master suite (grandparents got this one), family room, full kitchen, large dining area and powder room on the second floor. The kitchen has a good assortment of dinnerware and cookware you need to make your own meals (except the food). We spent the mornings drinking our coffee on the second floor wrap-around porch on the rocking chairs. Outside in the back is a gas grill, bar and a spectacular pool with jacuzzi and tanning shelf where we spent most of every day and some evenings. Ten minute quick walk to the beach not crossing any streets. The house has an outside shower to wash off beach sand before going into the house or the pool. Three car garage has two extra refrigerators for food overflow and drinks for easy pool access. We appreciated the vinyl flooring throughout the entire house that was easy to sweep with all the sand that seemed to follow us home from the beach. Good contact and timely response with property managers. We have rented many houses in different parts of the country and this house ranks up there with the best."

"Amazing House! - I have rented quite a few homes in the past and this is home was easily our favorite. The pool was perfect and the hot tub fantastic on a few chilly days. We are ‘pool’ people so we preferred to stay at the house to swim rather than venture to the beach, but the property is located a short walk from public beach access for those that prefer the ocean. The home is spacious, well equipped and clean. The neighborhood is gorgeous. Arrival information was communicated well in advance. The one minor maintenance issue was handled within one hour of us calling, despite me assuring the property manager that it wasn’t urgent. I would absolutely stay at this house again and feel so fortunate that we found it!"

"Perfect home away from home - This property has everything you need to enjoy your vacation and relax. The folks at Warren Beach Rentals have literally thought of everything. The pool was bigger than you find at most rentals and really clean. They provided us with a 6-person golf cart we could drive down to the beach. There are 4 beach chairs to use while you’re there also.
We drove in during a mild storm event and the wind blew out our pilot light to the water heater. We called Mitch and within 30 minutes someone was there and it was fixed!
The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable for our group of six. Will definitely return if we have the chance.

"Saved our vacation - My family and I were vacationing on the east coast when a hurricane decided to roll in. Thankfully, we were able to make a last-minute reservation before evacuating. Traveling with kids, we needed a particular bedroom configuration to fit everyone, and thankfully this property fit the bill very well. We arrived to find that the property was exactly what was shown in the pictures - clean and newly renovated. It really is a beautiful house. The deck wasn't quite complete around the pool, but that didn't bother us much at all. The doors to the outside - particularly the pool area are alarmed so the young ones can't escape without an adult knowing - a plus! If I had one gripe, I wish there was a button available on the outside to open the door without alarming like there is on the inside. The neighborhood is quiet, private, and beautiful as well. The community clubhouse and playground is a definite plus. The golf cart made getting the group around the area all that much easier. The beach was amazing and close by. We will definitely consider returning!"
