Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Requires a Sat to Sat stay in the peak summer seasons in June and July. 7 night minimum. POOL MAY BE HEATED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. Airbnb bookings will pay this in addition to the fees posted online. MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO BOOK. THAT GUEST MUST BE ON SITE AT ALL TIMES DURING THE TRIP. NO COLLEGE SPRING BREAK GROUPS ALLOWED.
