"My family of 9 traveled to Panama City Beach, FL for my kids' Spring Break. We stayed at the Ocean Ritz through Warren Beach Rentals. We had PLENTY of space, with a huge balcony and beautiful views. Each of the four bedrooms had a king size bed, which was awesome! Mitch was extremely responsive any time we had a question! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone."

"Family Vacation - I enjoyed my stay here at the Ocean Resort at Panama City Beach. I have been bringing my kids and grandkids here every year and this is the best one i have ever stayed at. Plenty of room on the extended balcony 4 spacious br with 4 baths. Plenty of family room on the inside and tv’s in every room. Water stayed hot when we took baths at the same time toys for the kids to take to the beach. Plenty of different card games for adults and kids. the only downfall was the parking we had 3 vehicles but only one can park in parking deck and so we paid for parking daily. Some one was in my park the last night i stayed but hotel reimbursed for having to park in paid parking.. So overall i give this a five star rating.."

"This condo was amazing. it had one of the biggest balconies that I have seen in PCB. Every room had a bathroom which came in handy with having 12 ppl. The condo is down the street from restaurants and a walmart. So many activities not far from the condo. We will definitely stay here again, everyone enjoyed it. The only downside was the 1 parking spot. they have an overflow lot across the street but it is small. There is also a public parking lot behind the overflow lot."

"Very nice condo! - The condo was so nice and had plenty of space for all of us. My only complaint is the parking. Only 1 space in the garage and over flow parking was always full, so we paid to park in the city parking across the road and had a decent walk over to the condo. Other than that I really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and beautiful balcony! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. "

"Great experience This condo was great for our family of 11. Loved having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Only inconvenience was the parking but we did park our mid size SUV in the assigned space. The fees for the city lot where the other 2 vehicles had to park do cost more than what is advertised, I think they had to pay about $85 for the week. Everyone checking in at once on Saturday is a hassle for getting unloaded, carts and elevator but the rest of the week went smoothly. Will definitely be back if we get back to Panama City Beach"

"40s celebration @ PCB - Loved the size, cleanliness and decor of our condo!! Balcony has THE BEST VIEW! Owner was awesome at communicating. Only downside is parking garage. We rented a Toyota Prius bc parking garage is teeny tiny (which we were notified beforehand) but scraped the bottom of the car everytime we had to leave."

"1603 West Corner - We had a couple of maintenance issues when we arrived which were immediately addressed and remedied. The parking situation was a little inconvenient since we had to bring 3 cars and had only 1 assigned spot but we were able to use the overflow lot on most occasions - I think we had to use the public pay lot 3 times. Shopping, dining and entertainment were all close by."

"We enjoyed ourselves! - Nice condo! Lots of room for our 2 families! Loved being right on the beach. Only one elevator works, so that was a lot of waiting. If you are in a wheelchair, or have trouble walking, you may want to think twice before staying here. The outdoor furniture of our condo needs a good cleaning or replaced. Pillows need replaced, they were flat. Parking is for compact cars. Overall we enjoyed the place and the condo."

"Beautiful Condo - I was a little nervous that there were not a ton of reviews on this condo, but we were extremely happy with everything. As many have said the parking deck is a tight squeeze, but parking across the street was super easy (we had two cars). The elevators were not as bad as everyone made them seem, but we arrived around 6:30 so we probably missed everyone fighting for an elevator at 4pm check in. We had a few towel holders that had fallen off the wall and couldn’t work the one tv, but when we called they came within hours and fixed everything. The condo is gorgeous. The balcony set up is a perfect set up. We barely spent any time inside! There are two restaurants directly across the street. One is a diner we went to for breakfast. The other one is the Sunrise Diner. Highly recommend. The club sandwich was delicious as well as the breakfast burrito and hamburger. Also within a few steps was “The Best Pizza on the Beach”. We actually ordered that several times! There is a deck box outside the condo with various beach items. Unfortunately, there were no beach chairs. We did purchase 3 low chairs and 2 reg. Beach chairs that we left for future renters, so hopefully they are still there.
It was a beautiful condo with plenty of room and gorgeous views. Thanks for an amazing time!"

"Excellent condo and Excellent Management company - Warren Beach rentals were very pro-active when they found out maintenance at facility was going to paint balconies and would close pool for some of the time we were there.
The condo itself was EXACTLY as advertised and the patio was fabulous. We will definitely rent from them again."

"Best condo ever! - A group of 4 ladies shared this condo and we could not have been happier! With 4 large bedrooms and baths, there was room and privacy for all involved. The balcony was like a second living room and we spent mornings and evenings there daily. The parking garage is a little bit of a nightmare, but luckily we were not there during a busy time. We did not use any of the complex facilities. We highly recommend this condo!"

"Can’t beat the beach view - Our family had a great stay at this property. The unit itself is fantastic - and the HUGE ocean view balcony was a real highlight with an 8-seater table and more than enough outdoor couch/chair seating. The beds were comfortable, the AC strong, and the remote check-in/out process was simple. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and the gulf water was clean and clear and very calm the week we were there. The queen bed felt more like a full and one of the shower drains was slow to drain (I’m sure due to all the sandy guests), but neither kept us from loving our stay.
Negatives outside the control of the owner of the unit included:
-Only one parking spot in the garage and it’s a tight turn to get in (backing in is easier) - we arrived at the same time as other members of our party and it was stressful not having a place to park. The overflow lot directly across the street was full but right behind that is a city lot that had plenty of available parking spots and we parked there for $42 for 7 nights. You use an app to reserve/pay for parking and the process was easy enough; was able to see our car from the walkway to our unit as well.
- I was concerned the pool was too small for the building but there was only once or twice we felt it was too crowded to use and really wasn’t a problem as we just went to the ocean instead. We still used the pool every day and loved the dual 3-ft ends for our younger children. Armbands are required - someone periodically checks them for guests over 12. The unit had plenty of armbands available in the unit waiting for us and this was never a problem.
- There are only two elevators for the entire building (24 floors) which meant long lines for the elevator during peak check-in time. This definitely made for a stressful arrival but honestly wasn’t an issue the rest of the week after the typical weekend turnaround day. Overall we had a great stay here for our large family!"

"Family of 10 - We lived being right on the beach and the patio was perfect for coffee in the morning and game night after a day in the sun! The parking is tight if you drive a big truck/SUV into the underground area but there is a lot across the street as well.
The only negative was the arrival/unload process. Evidently there are only 6 luggage carts for the entire property and 2 elevators - so with 3 units each on 23 floors, and most people arriving Saturday between 4-8 pm, you can imagine the chaos. We ended up making multiple trips up 16 flights of stairs to avoid elevator waits exceeding 20 minutes. The rest of the week it was fine and elevator waits were not bad. We would stay again but plan our arrival/unloading differently!"

"Awesome place! - I highly recommend! Everything was great from the moment we walked into a clean condo to heading out. Property management was pretty great also. Our large family had plenty of room. The access to the beach was awesome and the views were just gorgeous! You’re close to everything like Walmart and many other attractions for a rainy day. I hope my next few critiques don’t deter you from staying here, I’m just mentioning them so you can decide if you should stay here. The complaints about parking aren’t an exaggeration!! We drove our Tahoe and although we could make it to our assigned parking spot i panicked every time we might scrape the narrow walls. We had to unload our vehicle (ex kids, groceries) then park. If your in a truck or even a suburban you better forget it especially if it’s lifted!! If you’re in a car or van sized vehicle you should be okay. There is also parking across the street and paid parking just behind that. The road to cross can be busy but people were courteous enough to stop and let you cross we didn’t leave too often anyways. The other thing can be the elevator. There only two for all 23 floors. This is especially a pain when checking in and out/ heading in from beach like everyone else is doing. We loaded most of our stuff the night before checkout but left a couple bags out for morning we had to wait so long for an elevator that we had to travel 16 floors to carry it down, in tow with my 5,4, and 2 year old. We took it slow and they loved the stairs me not so much. Many memories were made and we had a great time."
