You can enjoy watching dolphins play over a morning cup of coffee, read a book and let the sound of the waves wash over you, or watch the sun slip under the horizon while enjoying an evening cocktail. Inside, everyone can spread out in this condo's unique and spacious layout. With over 1600 square feet, you will never feel cramped or crowded.
Creating delicious meals in the full kitchen is a snap, the condo is equipped with modern, full-size appliances, useful small appliances, and an extra-long breakfast bar that allows plenty of room for both ingredient preparation and enjoying casual meals together.
The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a large custom make up area so you can prepare for a night out without feeling cramped. Its unique to this condo and our female guests RAVE over the convenience. The master bedroom also has immediate access to the balcony, and of course, incredible views of the gulf.
The second Guest bedroom offers a King bed and immediate access to the second bath.
The Third Bedroom has a set of Twin Beds and also has access ot the guest bath.
Sterling Beach guests will enjoy access to a immaculate and spacious grounds, that include a Large, gulf front resort pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, outdoor shower, and fitness room. Of course, the beach is always an option.
Guests stating in 1206 will also enjoy seasonal beach service at no additional cost ( a $500 weekly value). Seasonal Beach Service runs from March 15- End of October.
Guests will be surrounded by many local restaurants serving local seafood, including Captain Andersons, Firefly, and a host of other incredible local option (make sure to ask us about some great options that only the locals know!). Just to the east check out St. Andrews State Park, or check out shell island via a pontoon boat. To the west Pier Park offers a number of fun shopes and entertainment options, and theres almost always a festival going on. So much to do.. You will find out quickly why were know as "The Real Fun Beach"

- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- This rental is located on floor 12
- Parking notes: Parking spaces are not dedicated. The parking lot is outside the building. Guests may park in any spot (numbered or not). There is a gate as you enter. However, this gate does not require a code. There will be two parking passes in your condo that you will need to display in your car immediately after checking in. There is a maximum of two vehicles allowed per condo. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on the property.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit.
