"This home is SPECTACULAR! Very clean and beautifully decorated inside and out! Had more than enough space for our group of 11. The pool was amazing, the kids and adults had a blast! The house had pool and beach toys to enjoy. You were a 7 min walk to the local beach and The Crab Trap restaurant (highly recommend!) Shopping for groceries or fun places was within a 5-10 mins just down on the main road. Very convenient location! I wished we could it stayed longer!"

"My family and I really enjoyed staying at your property! It was extremely clean, well maintained and comfy! We appreciate the spaciousness and the fact that although we visited other sites, there really was no need because everything we needed was within the community and home. The host provided excellent service and made sure our stay was a success. If we could make note of only a few things that kept our Excellent stay from being Superb. 1. The dryer does not work well and it took a couple hours to dry one load of towels. 2. We wanted to use the grill but the covers for the burner were EXTREMELY rusted and we didn’t feel comfortable using it in its current state. 3. The door code to the loft area didn’t work after the security personnel made their changes. 4. The pillows on the master bed are hard, flat and uncomfortable, they really need to be replaced. Over all our stay was a 8/10 and we would definitely love to vacation there again."

"So thankful we booked through Mitch, having not rented on many occasions he made the process easy and guided us through the process. Our group had lots of questions and he was proactive to answer them in a timely manner. The house was TOP SHELF. We had a great time with all of the space and the beautiful hot tub and pool. Paying a little extra for it to be heated was worth it. This place is walkable to two great beach bars (Crab Trap & Captain Dave's) and public beach access. The subdivision provided great access to the oceanfront drive as well as another exit to the more commercialized areas. We had two families of four, perfect!"

"Top Shelf was Top of the Line - Wow!! What an amazing vacation thanks in large part to this beautiful house in Destin. Everything was exactly as described -- customer service was quick and efficient, the pictures portrayed the house exactly as we assumed it would be, the amenities were great, check in and check out was incredibly easy! The walk to the beach took maybe 10 minutes and was a safe walk for the whole family -- never even had to cross traffic since there is an underground tunnel to go through. There was plenty of parking too if you got there before 10:30 AM. It was great having the grill for dinner and assorted beach toys and pool floats were really convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and utensils. The community area was close, just a 10 minute walk and had tennis/pickleball courts which we used often. We will definitely recommend Warren Beach Rentals!"

"Great stay and wonderful house!!! - The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything was in working order! Zero issues!!! We had rented the house next door two years ago and ran into malfunctioning A/C issues. Not fun in July! This house is very well-maintained. Beautiful new flooring throughout! Good sized house. There were nine of us and we were very comfortable! Nice sectional sofa (with headrests) and it was big enough for everyone to fit for movie night! We loved the heated pool. Lots of privacy!! It’s a good size! We spent a lot of time in it with our grandchildren! It also was well-maintained and it was cleaned twice during our week’s stay. You can tell that this owner actually cares about the guests!! Lots of seating and nice, quality outdoor furniture. Part of the patio is shaded which is great too! There is a Roku TV outside on the patio but we didn’t use it. Additional pool toys, etc. were in the outside guest closet (though we had brought our own). Lovely neighborhood! Close to everything and also a super quick walk down to the beach. We chose to rent the golf cart since our grandchildren are still very young. It was also fairly new! The beds were all very comfortable! Lots of cookware in the kitchen. We had a great stay!! Would be happy to stay here next time we are in Destin."

"Top Shelf was Top Notch - We travel to the Destin area at least twice a year. Top Shel was our best experience over the past many years. The home was outstanding. We walked into a very clean environment that was already cooled to an appropriate temperature level (not the experience at other properties in 2019 and 2021). This home has a very pretty pool configuration. The decking around the pool had high-end furniture with room for 20+ people to sit comfortably. The whole family loved the private pool/whirlpool. It was used daily by everyone. The extended family was very happy that the kitchen was as large as it was. It provided room for 4 cooks to be in the kitchen concurrently without issue. The common areas, inside and outside, were sized large enough to provide space for all of us together as well as plenty of space to spread out. We are already discussing when in 2023 we can return. The only item you should be aware of is that it does not come with a golf cart BUT they have a great relationship with a company that provides outstanding equipment."

"Amazing property for big gatherings! - We stayed for a week with 9 adults and had an amazing time! The pool and hot tub is the perfect break from the beach allowing for poolside BBQ, relaxation and fun. Close distance to the beaches so you can walk or take a short drive to local restaurants and bars. The HOA wrote us tickets for parking our vehicles in the driveway, citing one for being a commercial vehicle (my friend owns a gym and has a window wrap). The other had a camper top on the top of his truck and was cited for having an RV. Each night we were cited $50 x 2. The parking restrictions does not list these rules, but nothing has been done to take care of these issues by the Property Manager or host. Both vehicles are registered as privately owned. The guy wrote tickets at 0130. When there were issues with the pool, the manager quickly came to fix the issues and was really nice. Great guy! Other than the bogus tickets this was worth the money with a big group."

"Great location and excellent property manager! - Our party of 12 loved this house! The pool wasn't heating properly when we arrived and the property manager came quickly to fix the situation. He came back the next day to check on us and then we had him come back again the next day to bring more propane for the grill. We cannot say enough good things about the attention and service (especially since this was over the Christmas holiday). We loved the huge kitchen and found everything we needed there to cook many meals for 12. There was plenty of seating and beds. Our only complaint was we needed more linens (there were less pillow cases and towels than people), but didn't want to cause any more problems so made do with what we had. We highly recommend this place!"

"Fabulous family vacation! - We enjoyed our stay at Top Shelf with plenty of room for our 10 family members. The highlight was the pool and hot tub that was enjoyed by all. Also the nice outdoor furniture that we could spread out and enjoy being outdoors. Our only disappointment was the full trash bins in garage that were left from previous occupants that we had to bring to curb. We were made aware of trash day but thought it was only our trash we were responsible for- sadly we had left one recycle bin up near garage at night and that is not allowed in neighborhood so we were charged $50 from deposit- no trash cans can be visible from road and the HOA is very strict so be aware they are very strict on that issue. other than that it was a wonderful stay and we were sad to leave and would definitely return to Top Shelf again!!"

"My kids loved the pool, and it was like a private oasis - My extended family (including our parents and kids) stayed for a week to attend a dance competition in the area. The rental fit our needs perfectly. My kids loved the pool, and it was like a private oasis. When there were any questions or issues, we reached out to WBRs management and they responded promptly. We spent the extra money to rent a golf cart from Patrick (relative of the owner). He was so nice to my family. He came by a few times to say hi and to check in with us to see if there was anything he could do for us. That was very personable and I appreciated the hospitality. I don't really have complaints. I am just giving a suggestion here, but the amount of some supplies was very limited. To their defense this was stated in the rental agreement, but not specific enough for me to know exactly everything I needed to bring (but their instructions did give me a general idea). For example, I didn't find any kind of cleaning sprays (I did not ask though), so we went to the store and bought some (and a few other items we ended up needing that we didn't think of beforehand) so we could clean the counters and such during our stay. It wasn't a huge deal though. But really other than that (and I was being super picky) it was such a nice get-away. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed. We would recommend to others and we would return to stay ourselves."

"Top Shelf was all we expected and more! - The home was beautiful and the large kitchen made it easy at meal times. Patrick was phenomenal as he was very responsive, easy to work with, and available at a moments notice. We were provided with brand new box springs on the king beds after the first night when we called due to them squeaking. They were the old style wooden ones that squeaked every time you moved. Patrick came to the rescue when we lost our golf cart key at The Track at 10pm. The golf carts were an awesome way to explore and get around. Kids loved them and it saved the sand and wetness from getting in our cars all week. Christopher was an excellent host and Mitch was very professional and responsive as well. The pool and spa were a big hit and the property was conveniently located. This was our first trip to Destin and we loved every minute of it. Thanks again for being great hosts at Top Shelf!"

"The greastest getaway ever!!!!!!!!! - I had never stayed in a house as beautiful and elegant as this one. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to check out at 10am. "Wonderful home. - This house was absolutely beautiful. Mitch was so quick to respond to any questions we had.
The only thing I would say is that it needs to be listed on VRBO that only 4 vehicles are allowed to park and the house accommodates 16 guests. I had family meeting from 4 different states who also do not all drive large vehicles and we didn’t find out they couldn’t park at the house until an email we received 10 days before listing A LOT more rules than the original listing(we booked in January). There was no way to carpool so the guests arrived late to just drop their luggage they were still unloading security was already harassing them so much they left and got a hotel and didn’t even come to the house again the rest of the trip.
Other than some of the rules that weren’t listed on the original post the house was in a perfect location and we enjoyed the stay."

"Wonderful property in a prime location - Truly a lovely house and pool/outdoor area. The house was perfect and my children probably spent more time in the pool than at the nearby beach. The property managers were very professional and quick to respond when there were a couple of minor issues with the plumbing and pool/hot tub. "10 stars! - This. Place. Is. Amazing!! Just arriving home from a wonderful vacation! This house is everything and more. Lots of room to spread out and relax! Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds & great amenities! Only thing we didn't have but thought we would was dish cloths. Otherwise plenty of towels for showering- very plush and big. Close to the beach, local stores and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were great, perfect temp for the time of year. Did not utilize the club house other than 2 of the kids playing basketball but appeared to be great. Golf cart was helpful for my father who has a hard time walking a distance.

"Beautiful house with lovely pool and spa! - We had a great week here in the Florida "winter." Our young kids even swam in the nicely heated pool, and we all enjoyed some time in the hot tub. The house was a plenty of space for our family of four, with an extra bedroom we didn't use. The kitchen was impressively stocked and organized with any gadget or utensil you could imagine. We had fun watching a couple of movies at the community theater and playing in the sand-bottom playground!"

"We had 3 families there. 6 adults and 5 teens. Everyone loved the house and Destin - The house accommodated us pretty well. With the teenagers there, the questions of who sleeps where was a challenge but it all worked out. Two refrigs were very handy. The house had features we never got around to using - the bar by the pool with it's own TV. Maybe next time.... One small inconvenience was that with 11 people, we seemed to use all of the plates and silverware for every meal. Hence we had to run the dishwasher multiple times a day. It would have been nice to have more silverware and plates. Overall, our whole family enjoyed their time together there. The adults spent more time sitting around the pool than almost any other place. It is so nice. A little noisy since the street is just over the fence but not overwhelming."

"Great place to stay - My family and I stayed here just this past week. We were also accompanied by another family of 6. Both families enjoyed top self extremely. It was absolutely as advertised. My kids love the bunk bedroom and most of all the pool. All the kids enjoyed swimming every day, they also liked riding the golf cart to the Rec center, plenty for them to do. The house fit us all very comfortably and even had room to spare. The location was great. A couple minutes walk and you are right on the beach, the distance to restaurants and activities was very close and easy to get to. The house also has a partial ocean view to enjoy watching sunsets. Anything we needed our contact Josh was more than willing to accommodate( thank you Josh). The house was beautiful, the location was great and Destin was fantastic. "Top shelf is truly a fitting name for this rental property! Perfect for couples or families! - We had a fantastic stay at this top shelf property! The home is beautiful and the pool is perfect! We had four couples and three small children with room to spare. There were two double bed bunks that we didn't even use! The home is equipped with everything you need including a golf cart which we never used because beach and community amenities were just a short walk from the house. The subdivision pool workout room and playground were fabulous!

"Fantastic Vacation Home - We stayed at Top Shelf in August 2016. What a perfect home for small and mid-size groups! The private pool is incredible and bigger than it looks in the photos. House was very clean and everything we needed was right there. We had 13 people (including 8 adults) and didn't really feel cramped at all. Beach is a couple hundred yards away, but parking right in front of the sand was not an issue except for one day that got pretty busy. Not a problem to walk though. Plenty of restaurants and activities for the kids within a very short driving distance. Mitch was very responsive to all inquiries and requests from the date of booking through the week we stayed there. You will not find a better owner to work with in my opinion. I would highly recommend this home to any of my family and friends, and I cannot wait to return in the future. Thank you Mitch!"

"no better place to stay..period - what an amazing home. the owner is great to work with, the reviews bear that out as well. we have stayed in this home each of the past 4 years and the home is always in great condition. the owners must spend lavishly to keep the house in this condition because goodness knows its rented every single day of the year it seems... if you are considering this home, book early, or you will not get a spot. worth every single penny. the privacy is just something that no other house can offer. you could literally be there all week, and never see another human being if you chose not to. for us, the proximity to the beach is fantastic, the kids enjoy the pool, and the beds are comfortable. everything you would expect in a great property. I cant imagine anyone not offering up a 5 star review of this place, unless you were just in a bad mood about something else. this home delivers, consistently."

"Top Shelf - Amazing Getaway! - We just returned from a fabulous week in Destin at Top Shelf. First impressions do make a lasting impression. The house was absolutely beautiful and was immaculate when we arrived. Top Shelf is a very spacious house and the pool and outside entertaining area was perfect for our large family. This was a family trip with our grown children and my parents. The pool is top notch and the house is located in walking distance to the beach. We've been vacationing in Destin for the past 10 years, but this is the first time we've stayed at Top Shelf. The house was beautiful and well-kept. The house was easy to book and Mitch was very pleasant to work with in booking it. We booked a year in advance and I would recommend booking early as Top Shelf seems to book early and it's obvious why it does!! Any small issues were handled immediately by his manager Diane and she was very eager to make sure our stay was a great one. We had a wonderful vacation and we will definitely return!"

"Amazing! - My parents rented this gorgeous home for our first family vacation with my children. This house completely blew us away! Very clean, very open for a large group, decorated beautifully, and convenient to the beach, restaurants, shops and more! I was actually surprised the beach was so much closer than we thought! "Spacious, Luxe and Lavish! - If you are looking for an upscale experience in a relaxed atmosphere, Top Shelf is the place to be. The house was extremely clean and spacious. Our group spent a lot of our time hanging out and playing at the pool. In fact, it was our preferred place to be even though the beach was only a leisurely 7 minute walk away. If you have younger kids to entertain Top Shelf's pool will not disappoint. Owner Mitch, and his local contact Diane, responded quickly to our questions and needs. "Beautiful home with AWESOME pool. - We stayed at this wonderful home mid April and had such a great time. There was plenty of room for 3 families, 2 of whom had children. Our favorite part of the home was definitely the pool - you MUST get it heated! Even though it rained a few days of our trip, we were still able to enjoy the pool due to the heating. We also really enjoyed the clubhouse with the playground, the private theater, and riding around in the golf cart - really came in handy during the rainy days. Even with the rain, it was one of our best trips. Great home to rent!"

"Best house we have ever rented - we have been coming to destin for the past 20 years. by far the best home we have rented. the house was clean as a pin, comfortable, and the pool was over the top awesome. we stayed at the pool about 15 hours a day it seemed, time flew by and I am already wishing I was back. Thanks for all of your help. "Top shelf and Tranquillity houses were great!!! - We visited Destin, Florida for the first time and had a wonderful trip. We have never seen a more beautiful beach. There were 24 of us (all family) so we rented both the Top Shelf house and the Tranquillity house. Both houses were beautiful and made the perfect accommodations for such a large group. Destiny East is a great location, very upscale, close to the beach but not a crowded beach. Top Shelf has the best pool ever and the house is very beautiful. When we weren't at the beach, we were in the pool. Tranquility has a great layout and the rooms are huge. Additionally, Mitch and his team were incredible to work with through the entire process. I highly recommend both of these properties to anyone visiting Destin!"

"Excellent Choice - Beautiful house with all the amenities a family would need & want on vacation. The outdoor patio, pool and hot tub were the best. Mitch added a new tv to the outdoor bar which was nice to have your morning coffee and watch the news. You can tell they constantly keep everything maintained and whatever needs updating they do. Working with Mitch was an easy process from start to finish. The house is centrally located, about equal distance to the marina/harbor and to Sandestin. The grocery store is a mile away, and to break away from the beach and pool, the movie theatre and mall is right there too. We played Regatta Bay and Kelly Plantation golf courses which were 5 minutes away. We would definitely recommend this house for any family looking to rent in Destin."

"Great Pool and Spacious House - We would highly recommend this property. We had six adults and three small children. There was plenty of room and the layout was good for keeping track of the children.
The house has a lot of room with the master suite and bedroom over the garage being real plusses. The pool was outstanding and the proximity to the beach was also very good. We did not get around to using the community wellness center but we looked at it and it also looked good.
The local contact person was very helpful on two small problems that we had.
We will rent this house again when we return to Destin."

"OUTSTANDING VACATION! - Everything about Top Shelf was outstanding. We loved the house, pool, location, grill, we couldn't ask for anything else on a family vacation. Short comfortable walk to the beach, or you can drive, there was plenty of parking. Our 4 year old grand sons made the short trek daily. We used the golf cart to get to the Destiny East pool and just drive around the neighborhood. You will not be disappointed when you arrive-the pictures are accurate although we were impressed when we got there and saw the place in person. My biggest suggestion would be to book early, many others feel the same way we do. The location is also convenient to a myriad of activities. We have visited Destin about 13 times-Mitch, Lori and Teresa are the absolute best people we have dealt with in any of our rentals. They are upfront and honest about everything to do with the rental, I felt like they genuinely wanted us to have a great vacation and we did with their help. we had a couple of personal issues come up, nothing to do with the house-Mitch went way out of his way to help resolve OUR issues. Mitch and Lori responded to every email I sent them and being a control freak, I sent way too many. Again, they are upfront, honest individuals that even though they have real jobs they will take time to make sure you have a great vacation at Top Shelf. I think this covers our stay, did I say we had an Outstanding family vacation? Thanks Mitch for sharing your home with us !!!!"

"Rented both houses, great for multiple families, much nicer than pictures - We brought 5 families down for Spring Break 2013 and rented both houses. It was the perfect set up for our families to be able to get together and have their own space. The houses are much nicer than the pictures and are in extremely great shape. Both houses are high end and have everything you would need for your stay. Having the heated pool was a lifesaver and the hot tub was a great bonus. The golf carts were great to use in the complex. Walking to the beach is very easy even with 5 year olds. We will definitely look at renting both houses the next time we come."

"Top Shelf is great! - My large family stayed in Top Shelf for Thanksgiving week. The pictures do not do it justice. The Pool is awesome - my grandkids "lived" in the pool the whole week. The owner had plenty of pool toys available for the kids to use. That was wonderful! The "great room" area is a good size for a large group. The dining room table along with a table by the pool provided plenty of room for eating. We have rented numerous homes over the past 10 years for our Thanksgiving reunions and I would say this one is at the top of our list. I would recommend Top Shelf for families. Thanks Mitch!"

"Great home! - My family which included my son, daughter-in-law and her parents, along with my three grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this lovely home. Therre was plenty of space for all of us and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. The bed in the master bedroom was great! I slept wonderfully all week. The master suite was a true getaway for my husband and I, the master bath shower was to die for! Loved it! The pool and the hot tub (heated!) was very large, it held adults and children and we all had water fights and fun swimming. It rained some while we were there but we made use of the theater room at the clubhouse. Don't skip this amenity, it was real theatre quality and the staff there was excellent to work with. Mitch was very prompt answering question before our arrival and Joe, his property manager, was a true professional! We didn't have many issues, but when I called Joe, he answered and he took care of my issues immediately, very impressive. The walk to the beach was not too difficult, a street legal golf cart would have made it ideal. "Very Comfortable & Spacious for my Family Reunion - This home was extremely comfortable and the pictures reflect what the house really is...spacious and beautiful. The beach was at a walking distance and was extremely clean. Very family oriented. 16 of us stayed at this property and we all loved it. Enjoyed the clubhouse and the huge pool it offers. The only inconvenience I encountered is that the pool was in "cleaning" mode when we arrived and we couldn't operate the pool lights until someone came by the following day. "Top Shelf is PERFECT - Top Shelf was the PERFECT beach house for our family! The kitchen was spacious and was great for cooking meals. The living room was great for relaxing. Our kids, ages 2 and 4, LOVED the pool. Most days they were in before 10 a.m. and spent most of the day in it! (We brought toys and floaties with us, but the stock of toys in the patio room was great!) We liked having all of the bedrooms on one level, and the separate mother in law suite would be great for multiple families staying together. The location was wonderful, as well. "Top Shelf is just that. phenominal home, fantastic people to deal with. - We just got back from our trip to the beach. We had come to Destin before, but had always stayed in a condo. NEVER AGAIN. Mitch Warren and the folks running Top Shelf are so kind and polite you cannot help but enjoy the place. The home is absolutely phenominal. The pool really is even better than advertised. We literally stayed at the home all week. Great place if you value convenience, privacy, and luxury. We had to call Mitch one night at 10:00(the night we arrived) to find something, he got us squared away and actually apologized to us, for it not being in plain site.
The home and folks who own it are indeed, TOP SHELF!! if you have the chance to stay here, DO SO. We are already booked again for next year. This was the best vacation ever."
