Situated amidst shops, restaurants, a gym, a spa, and a Pilates studio, this location offers both convenience and tranquility. The beach is just a short 3-minute walk or bike ride away through the picturesque community of Carillon, a gated, private development spanning approximately 104 acres with nearly a mile of pristine white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. Carillon boasts the largest private beach on the Florida Panhandle with front-row space for everyone even on the busiest of holidays.
Carillon is a serene, upscale community reminiscent of Seaside and Rosemary Beach but without the crowds and traffic issues. It provides a perfect setting for a family vacation. The property boasts three pools: a gulf-front pool at the Beach Club, a heated lap-length pool at the Bellview park (which features a kid’s pool & family cabana, a hot tub, one tennis court, two pro-style pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a green space for open play), and an additional pool on the east side of the property which is adults only and heated year-round. White Noise provides four tournament-quality pickleball paddles and balls.
Access to the beach is made easy with eight dune walkovers, ensuring that you can enjoy the beach without the crowds and without access codes or swipe cards & bracelets.
Extensively and elegantly remodeled in 2024, this condominium offers a spacious living room with hardwood floors, all new furnishings, custom art, bespoke decor, and a drop-dead gorgeous kitchen that is fully outfitted for ambitious chefs complete with all-new appliances, an air-fryer oven, KitchenAid stand mixer, Vitamix Blender, and more.

Upstairs there are 2 Bedrooms:
A large Master bedroom with a king-size Tempur-Pedic bed, custom built window seat with view of the gulf, and ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with custom built queen bunk beds featuring a Westin Heavenly mattress (bottom bunk) and a Tempur-Pedic mattress on the top. There is also an additional full bathroom upstairs with extra storage space.

The massive balcony overlooks Market Street, offering views of the Inn, Lake Carillon, and surrounding restaurants and shops.
As an added bonus, this condo includes VIP beach chair service! Two chairs and an umbrella are provided daily for your comfort and convenience from Mid-March through October.
White Noise is a SMOKE FREE home. Reservations are not accepted for vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent during the entire stay. The condominium comfortably sleeps 6 guests.
The HOA has a bike rental shop downstairs from White Noise and any Golf Cart Rentals must go through the HOA approved Vendor.
This property is a short distance to several grocery stores and drug stores, easily accessible by driving, and all are also walkable. 30-A’s Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys Beach are a quick 5-10 minute car ride to the West.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
