With features such as a new, custom in ground pool (can be heated for an additional fee upon request), gated and private yard, multiple outdoor balconies and spaces, even a custom game room your family of all ages will fall in love at first sight with Luxury by the Sea.

Enjoy unrivaled privacy, on the massive 100x150 lot, and guests will enjoy the easy access to the beach just a 3 minute walk away.
Parking is never an issue as the home offers an extensive custom inlaid paver driveway and separate parking pad that can accommodate up to 6 vehicles with ease.
The first floor includes a recreation area, wet bar and bunk room (queens). The main living area on the second floor. The open family room has a 'modern, elegant feel accented by cathedral ceiling and is enhanced by sliding doors which flood the space with natural light and provide access to the upper balcony. The expansive porch is more than 1100 SF and an attractive space for alfresco dining or for sitting in the sunshine and enjoying the view. The fully equipped and modern kitchen is the hub of the home with a central island and ample space for storage and creating the perfect meal for those that wish to dine in. The main floor also offers a master suite with California king bed and ensuite bath. Two more bedrooms on the third floor, one being a master king bedroom suite, and a king guest bedroom with hallway bath. A large terrace overlooks the swimming pool. There is even a fourth floor observation deck which is ideal for sunset cocktails with family and friends.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
