Warren Beach Rentals is proud to offer Beach Please! (formerly Toes in the Sand), a premium 4 BR/3BA home on the quiet(er) west end of Panama City Beach. 1 Block to beach.
Home is custom-designed and is a beautiful blend of modern and coastal vernacular styles. Unique and unlike any beach home around - it's truly one of a kind.

About the home:
Beach Please! offers an inviting, open, and expansive main floor plan. This is the owner's personal home in the off season, so it is meticulously curated to satisfy even the most discerning traveler. The main floor the living room offers doors out to the intimate and private backyard, complete with custom inground pool, separate hot tub, and grilling area. Guests will love this area and its custom privacy fence that creates a true sanctuary.

The Living room has a designer sofa, flat screen TV, numerous games and books to enjoy, and even an office space for those needing to stay in touch with work on vacation.
The Kitchen is a chef's dream: professional 6-burner gas stove, double ovens, wine cooler, multitude of pots/pans of all sizes. Plenty of room for entertaining and socializing.

The Outdoor space:
Relaxing outdoor oasis with 8' privacy fence extends from the main floor through 12' sliding glass doors. Custom, private, heated saltwater plunge pool and intimate hot tub. Heated outdoor shower. Gas grill. Outdoor TV viewable from the pool. Space-saving lounge chairs extend to fully lie flat for sunbathing. Keyless entry side gate allows for immediate showering and rinsing off beach gear when returning from the beach. Note: for the safety of Owners and Guests, the exterior perimeter of the home has security cameras, including the pool/spa area.
The pool can be heated for an additional fee.

The Bedrooms:
This home will sleep 10 with a maximum of 8 adults.
Master upstairs with king bed and ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Additional 2 BRs upstairs with adjoining bathroom sink area and full bath.
Guest bedroom one offers a queen bed plus a twin bunk overhead that is suitable for a child or young adult, weight limit 100 lbs. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin captain's bed. The twin bed in this room is suitable for children and young adults with a weight limit of 125 lbs.
Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent bath. The downstairs living area is wheelchair friendly (note: *some* aspects are ADA-compliant). Wide hallway to bedroom, wide (34") doorway to bedroom, comfortable transition bed height. Wide (36") doorway to hall bathroom, where you will find a roll-under sink; 360 degree turnaround allowance in bathroom; roll-in shower with folding bench, adjustable-height hand-held shower head, and collapsible water dam; and grab bars in shower and at toilet.

In addition to the Living Room TV, a TV is included in every bedroom, on the balcony, and on the patio. All are Smart TVs with streaming capability. Guests are responsible for their own premium streaming services.

Multi-speed ceiling fans with dimmable lighting in every bedroom. Remote control operated electric shades on all guest bedroom windows.

All showers and tubs are serviced by an endless water heater. Everyone can be ready on time for dinner - squeeze in every last minute of fun in the sun each day instead of planning round-robin showers :)

Pool/Beach towels provided.
Plenty of off-street parking - room for 4 cars comfortably.
Wheelchair ramps for front and back doors are available - please request upon booking.
Travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap, provided in all bathrooms free of additional charge. Starter supplies of the following are also provided free of additional charge: laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper. Guests will need to purchase additional for longer stays, but these are provided as courtesy.

The Area:
When you are in Laguna Beach, you are in the peaceful end of Panama City Beach away from the traffic and elevator wait times. Close proximity to 30A and Rosemary Beach, and 4 Miles west of Pier Park.

We know your family will enjoy the personal, private back yard oasis and your minute walk to the gorgeous, unspoiled beach at the west end, along with every creature comfort this house has to offer.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
