Calypso was perfectly suited for our crew, out of the mayhem of the east end and our family loved the firepits and gulf front pools.
The kids spent a lot of time with friends across the street at Pier Park.
Hard to imagine a better vacation experience.
We were also overwhelmed with the hospitality shown us by the Warren Beach Rentals staff. We had a health issue and they immediately got us pointed in the right direction, and checked on us throughout our stay and Mitch even emailed us after.

"Perfect! - The condo was exactly what we expected! Everything was perfect and nice and clean. There is a cooler on wheels and 2 beach mats inside the closet that was very nice to use. The kitchen does have everything you need, but next time I will bring an extra skillet with me and a sharp knife to make things a little easier when cooking. We loved this condo and we will be back. Also, booking through Warren Beach Rentals saved me several hundred and they were very nice and responsive."

Was located on the 14th floor right on the beach and the view was gorgeous! Was nice having beach chairs provided for all six of us. Only complaint is that for a few days only 1 of the elevators were working so you either had to wait 40 min to get on or take the stairs. Overall everything was great and we definitely would come back!"

"Beautiful condo - We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very comfortable and no issues at all with the condo. It is exactly as described on the site. I love that there were 3 beds in the third bedroom and the room wasn’t overcrowded. Spacious and the views from the condo are spectacular. We were able to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks right from the balcony which meant none of the hustle and bustle of the traffic trying to get to the fireworks show. Everything is within walking distance so you can park and not have to drive anywhere. Warren Beach rentals is very responsive and informative of any information needed before your stay and follows up after your stay. This was my second year in a row booking from Warren Beach Rentals and I plan to book again next year. Loved it!!"

"Lovely week at Calypso - We stayed in Calypso 1009W. It was a beautiful condo right on the beach with lovely views. I would highly recommend this unit and renting it from Warren Beach Rentals was definitely the right choice. I emailed them a couple of times with questions and they answered promptly. We needed a couple minor repairs which was taken care of immediately. Being across from Pier Park was a plus. You could literally park your car and leave it there for the week. Check in, entering the parking garage and the elevators worked perfectly. It was a great choice for a week in Panama City Beach."

"Amazing Location & Views - Our week here was simply amazing! This condo was perfect for my family. Having three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was so nice. It gave everyone their own personal space when we needed some down time and it made getting showered/ready for the day so much easier for all of us. The location and was beyond perfect. It was a simple 5 minute (if that) walk to Pier Park which we did a few times. The little ones didn't even complain about the walk in the heat because it was so short and easy. While we spent most of our time on the beach, my kids wanted to check out the pool at least once. We were not disappointed. The tiki bar in between the pools was amazing as well. We had some great drinks and the kids were able to grab some snacks and a hot dog there, too. The chair rental was perfect. We reserved our chairs the first day we went to the beach and had the same one saved for us for the rest of our stay. The view is just incredible. Having my morning coffee on the balcony was breathtaking. There were a few mornings that we watched some dolphins swimming around out there as we were enjoying our coffee. Having smart TV's in each room was the best, too! We didn't have to worry about which channel to watch at night. We simply logged into our Netflix account and knew what we had available. Not that we watched much TV but it was really nice to have in the evenings. We loved everything about our stay and we would certainly stay here again! "Beautiful Condo, Amazing Views, and Lasting Memories - Wow, just wow! Our family stayed for a week in the Calypso 1401 E Condo. It was such an incredible stay for us. Communication was open and easy with the owners/management, cleanliness was 5 star, and amenities were perfect. The condo itself has 3 great size rooms and 3 full bathrooms. The bunk room has queen size beds, which is almost unheard of, but perfect for our adult size children. The second bedroom has views for days, which is highly uncommon. Because this is a corner unit, the 2nd bedroom has views of the oceanfront. Our kids loved waking up to the sunrise in the morning. The main bedroom was so roomy, including a huge closet and amazing bathroom, with of course it's own entry onto the balcony. Since the unit is on the 14th floor, the views are amazing on the roomy balcony. The property has it's own cute touches, like the coffee/wine area, that not only make you feel as if you're on vacation but also comfy enough to feel like you're home. The condo is in the heart of Pier Park, which makes finding things to do a breeze. Plenty of shopping, dining, or just relaxing on the beach! We will definitely be returning to this property! "Great vacation stay!!! - Great location. Pier Park within walking distance. Check in was fast as there was no delay with elevators. Resort is easy to get around. Had issues all the time with parking garage and scanning to get in and out. Only 2 vehicles allowed with this condo. We had 3. Someone would have to park their car 5 min. away. We figured out how to make it work! There IS a way, just think outside of the box! LOL! Condo was nicely furnished. Washer/Dryer in great condition as all appliances. Has a coffee pot and a keurig. Could use more than one kitchen towel and washcloth, but no biggy! The view was excellent with views overlooking the pier and Pier Park. This unit is at the end, right next to the trash shoot! Everything was easy access! Loved it and will definitely stay here again."

"AMAZING CONDO - Cleanliness is a priority for me and this condo was perfect. Mitch kept me well informed with everything that we needed to know for the EASIEST check in/out. Great location, we didn’t have to drive anywhere we walked right over to Pier Park for everything we needed. Absolutely loved that the TVs were smart TVs and I loved that they provided a Dyson vacuum so that we didn’t have to suffer with sand on our feet. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to PCB!"

"Beautiful and just like the pictures! - We had an amazing stay! My husband and 2 of our kids stayed here and had everything we needed. Just buy groceries and you don't need much else. Lots to do within walking distance, and short drives to other attractions. I highly recommend this rental. The view from the balcony is amazing!!"

"Great Condo - This condo is exactly as pictured, and we very much enjoyed our stay. It is clean, and the furniture/beds were comfortable. Calypso is very close to Pier Park and is easily in walking distance. The condo manager was very responsive each time we made a contact. We would definitely stay here again."

"Easy Breezy - When was the last time you stayed somewhere and had no issues, not even one? I'm talking about things like the washer and dryer functioned perfectly, the tvs were easy to use and understand, the kitchen was perfectly-appointed and not missing anything, there were tons of bath towels available -- has it been awhile? Well, this condo is the place for your next trip, then. We've stayed in PCB and this condo building several times, but this trip was the best when it came to actual condo units. We spent more time than usual in the condo due to COVID, and we felt very grateful being able to cook and relax in this peaceful, comfortable setting. We highly recommend this unit and the management group as they were very easy to work with. We will be back to this condo the next time we are in PCB!"

"Wonderful Vacation - This condo was one of the best I have ever stayed in. I have been going to Panama City for 10+ years and this is by far my favorite place to stay. Unit was clean, well stocked, and well decorated. Plenty of room for a large group. Very close to Pier Park, very short walk. Check in was amazing. No dealing with anyone. Just walk on in and start your vacation. This unit is an end unit so you get more of a view. It’s close to elevators. The beds were very comfy also. I have absolutely no complaints. We will definitely return."

"Great stay at Calypso 1009W - The property is in a great location. Within an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and the city pier. We accessed the exercise room every day, the view from the balcony was much better than we thought it would be, and the beaches were awesome! The property is exactly as the photos in the listing show. A few minor issues need to be addressed: the property was a little dirty when we got there (i.e. the paddle fans needed to be cleaned, baseboards dusted, etc.), a couple of floor tiles were cracked and need to be replaced, and the washer/dryer are a bit dated. Overall a great place to stay and we plan on going back next year for a longer vacation."

"Great room with awesome views - We enjoyed our stay in W1009. Great room with wonderful views. You can see for miles. Right next to pier park. It was great to be able to just walk over to pier park and not have to fight the traffic. Elevators were quicker than any place we have stayed so far. Pool area was nice. I was worried the beach would be crowded with two high rises, but that was not the case. We enjoyed the beach every day! We will stay here again."

"Amazing stay! - We spent six nights at this property in The Calypso. Everything was perfect and was exactly as shown in all the pictures. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and have their privacy. It is located at the end of the hall, so it away from the elevator traffic. Everything was very clean and the beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. My husband isn't much of a beach person, so the fact that cable tv and access to Netflix and high speed internet were provided was a plus for him. Two beach chairs and umbrellas are provided and are set up every morning. The Calypso was perfect for our family. It was literally a 5 minute walk to Pier Park, which was great for my 17 year old son and his girlfriend. They could walk down to all the shops and restaurants any time they wanted, and I felt confident they were safe walking such a short distance. The pier is just steps away also. Everything about the check-in process went without a hitch. You are given a room code a few days before arrival so there is no going to the front desk to check in. I had a little trouble getting the parking pass downloaded, but they went out of their way to help me. I would definitely recommend renting this unit, and if we ever come back to PCB, we will be staying here."

"Beautiful condo. - We traveled with another couple to PCB for the New Years celebration at Pier Park. This condo is perfectly located right across the street. No need to drive. We watched the fireworks from our balcony. The condo is beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive and answered all emails within an hour or two. We would definitely rent again."

"Great condo - This condo met our expectations. It was comfortable, convienient,clean and well equipted. The pools are beautiful and the beach has plenty of chair rentals. The condo has covered parking and is within walking distance to Pier Park for shopping and restaurants. Just down the street on highway 79 you can get the best gumbo ever at The Sandbar."

"FABULOUS, PERFECT, AWESOME!!!!! - The condo was HUGE!! Completely remodeled and beautiful. Balcony had the best views on the beach! Directly across from Pier Park. Windows, windows, windows.....There was views of seriously everything in PCB! It was a corner unit which is great in itself! No waiting in lines to check in or out. Walked straight up to the room and used the code provided. Sent a text when we left. It was as easy as that. If you go to PCB, this is where you want to be!!!"
