This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with an additional queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

This remodeled unit is brand new to the Warren Beach Rentals portfolio in August of 2023.

Except for emotional support pets, pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs. There is a $225 plus additional pet fee per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Parking Passes are an additional cost and must be purchased from Grand Panama HOA at check in. Cost as of March 2022 was $30 per vehicle per stay and subject to change.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
