This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Gulf Front villa is located on the 12th floor to capture the best views, while being low enough to enjoy the sand and surf from the balcony. 

Newly remodeled 1202 features a gulf front  King bed master bedroom with ensuite bath.  A large queen bedroom and a bunk bed in the 3rd guest room.

The condo also offers a queen pull out sofa bed in the living room, so you can sleep 8 in total comfort. 

Grandview East is a lower density condo complex, with only 80 units. Great balcony for beach/ocean viewing.

The condo is finely appointed and offers 1,560 square feet of living space, far larger than most 3/2 units. 

Living room and master have access to balcony facing the beach.
