Welcome to Jamaican me lazy. This stunning cottage is in a privileged location directly on the lake and only a block from the Beach and offers the best sunsets on the Emerald Coast.
Featuring one of the best locations on the gulf coast, Jamaican Me Crazy is only 3 miles to Rosemary Beach and only 5 miles to Pier Park.
This low key, low traffic area affords guests the best of both worlds where you are close to all of the fun, shopping, and restaurants, but never in the crowds.
This gated neighborhood has no through traffic and is one of the best locations in all of the 30A/ PCB area.

Guests will love the attention to detail in this custom crafted cottage. Custom kitchen and counters, coffee bar, and large living areas with views out to Jamaican Lake, the inground private heated pool (heated for additional fee), and glimpses of the ocean that is less than a block away.
This coastal cottage offers a two-tiered dock where you can bring you paddleboard or kayak, feed the turtles, fish and enjoy the outdoors.
The palm lined pool area has table seating and lounge chairs and even a fire pit area for evenings lakeside. Such a special place.

Inside you will find the highest quality and comfort bedding and furnishings.
NOTE: There are beds for 6 people, plus small kids may sleep on the sofa.
The custom sectional has room for everyone, and then some, you will never be cramped in the home. The sofa has ample room for 2 children to sleep on if you need extra sleeping space.
The master bedroom has a new king bed that gets rave reviews for its level of comfort. 2 closets, and an ensuite bath.
The second bedroom has an equally comfortable new king bed, with direct access to the second bath that also serves the 3rd bedroom.
The Third bedroom offers a queen beds, and access to the bath.
A full size laundry room is on site, along with a garage for storage, beach gear, and a second refrigerator.

This home is a true oasis, and offers the highest degree of charm, character, comfort and convenience. The owners only offer this home for a few weeks per year as it their personal home, mostly to their employees and invited guests.\
The attention to detail shows.

The Rules.
No Party Groups, the primary guest must be over 28 and be staying at the property the duration of the stay. This is highly enforced and non negotiable. Do NOT ask if you are under 28, the answer will be no.
No smoking. Any smoking or vaping in the home will result in immediate removal and will be charged additional cleaning fees.
Pets are not allowed. Emotional support animals are not allowed.
The pool can be heated at a cost of $50 per day from March- October. Let us know if advance if you want the pool heated, it will take at least one day to heat the pool to 85 degrees.
Check in time 4pm. Check out time 10am. We do meet guests at the unit, to show them how to use the technology in the home and orient them to the area.

Restaurants and 2 grocery stores within 2 blocks, Rosemary Beach and 30A are 3 miles to the west and Pier Park is roughly 5 miles east.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
