The kitchen is brand new, with granite countertops, beautifully designed custom back splash and is fully stocked and equipped with modern appliances, making cooking a breeze. The living room features access to the gulf front balcony, and includes a brand new, comfortable sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen television, and panoramic views of the Gulf. There is also a full size washer and dryer on this level and a half bath.

The master bedroom boasts a brand new King bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and exceptional views of the Gulf from the private balcony. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or toast another perfect day from the roomy and private balcony, just a great space for an elegant master retreat.

The guest bedroom features a brand new king bed and custom "bunkie" (extra small bunks) beds perfect for kids up to 110 lbs. These custom bunks are a fun and playful addition and are such a thoughtful add-on. Great space for fun, and relaxing.

About the Resort:
Ramsgate Harbour offers covered parking, a community Gulf-front pool, and a peaceful environment that is never crowded. Ideally located just 2 miles east of Rosemary Beach and a few miles from Pier Park. Guests can enjoy the low key 30-A experience with the convenience of PCB. 2 Grocery stores within 1/2 mile of the property, as well as several restaurants, and everything you need for your stay. There are no high rises, and low density, so the beach, even on the busiest days, are uncrowded.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older and remain present throughout the entire stay. No smoking or pets are allowed.

This rental includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella every day of your stay from March to mid-October (weather permitting). The price includes 1 parking pass, with additional passes available for purchase from the HOA.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

summer requires longer stays with weekend check in and out. Parking is an additional cost through the resort. Your reservation comes with one fully paid parking pass. A second pass is available for an additional fee.
