The private covered balcony with 3 sets of sliding glass doors offer access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with ample seating from both master bedrooms or den. This 1,440 sq. ft. condo has new floors and new granite countertops with fresh paint throughout. There is no need to drive to another location or come in contact with another person to pick up a key because the unit offers keyless entry. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils, and etc. Plenty of seating at the large dining room table or kitchen bar. This unit also offers 2 parking places near the elevators. Luggage racks are available at the loading/unloading zone at the front of the building.

Watercrest Condominiums just complete a 4.5 million dollar renovation and the entire complex is fresh and new starting with the beautiful entrance portico with amazing water feature to the pool deck where all the outdoor furnishings are new. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
