• No pets, smoking, vaping, or party groups allowed

• Extended stays (15+ nights) may require a non-refundable deposit

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended during hurricane season (June–September)

• Beginning January 1, 2025: All guests must pre-register vehicles via a secure link provided after booking. Aqua Resort allows up to 2 vehicles per unit, and onsite parking is $50 per vehicle, per stay. This policy is managed by the Aqua HOA.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
