The Time out home is ONLY available for 7 nights during peak spring and summer weeks Sat or Sun check in and check out required.

Guests will be treated to an amazing, high end home, complete with entirely new kitchen, new furniture, flooring, paint, baths, sheets, pillows, towels, AND HUGE FLAT SCREEN TVS.. every vacation comfort you desire, you will find at TIME OUT. everything.. is new, new, new.  Extra refrigerator in the garage!

The home features a massive living area with windows that disappear into the wall if you want to have a true indoor/outdoor experience. All of the baths are custom, all of the beds new, this home is an absolute showplace and will please even the most discerning guest.

The home features a total of 6 bedrooms...4 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom with additional built in bunks, and bunk room with 2 sets of twin beds. Sleeps 16 with ease.

The pool and spa area is surrounded by a privacy wall, and has plenty of covered outdoor living space, a gas grille, and plenty of seating.

About this home..

The first floor has a remarkable kitchen with soaring ceilings that highlight the exemplary open floor plan and massive living area complete with a 70" flat screen TV. The dining area gives you a perfect view of the private patio, pool and spa. As you walk out the wide sliding glass doors, the pool and spa feature an outside 1/2 bathroom for all our guests convenience. The main floor has a very large master bedroom with a walk in bathroom and custom shower.
The second master on the main level features a king bed and en suite bath, the 3rd bedroom on the first level has a king bed and access to the bathroom and shower it shares with the bunk room.
On the second floor of this spacious home there is another master with a king bed and private bath, and a queen bed in the other upstairs master with attached bath and a set of twin built in bunks.

The property is just across the street from the beach and close to Club Destiny. Enjoy all that Destiny has to offer, including an amazing clubhouse, fitness center, large seasonally-heated swimming pool, cooking pavilion, children's playground, tennis courts, basketball, putting green, private 25-seat JMAX theater, hiking and biking trails.
