Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

NOTE: Jamaican Lake is a family neighborhood. We are one of only 2 homes with a rental license. We expect our guests to be good neighbors. QUIET TIME IS FROM 9PM-9AM SUNDAY TO THURSDAY AND 10PM -9AM FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. SPEED LIMIT. THERE IS A 15 MPH SPEED LIMIT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. BE RESPECTFUL OF OLD DOGS AND YOUNG CHILDREN.
