Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Saturday to Saturday only in summer. NOTE: Effective 1/1/21 ALL Aqua guests must PRE REGISTER for parking by going to www.aquaparking.net guests will need to register and pay $35 per vehicle in order to park on site. This is an AQUA HOA rule and Warren Beach Rentals has NO latitude in the matter. Guests may purchase up to 2 Parking passes.
