• No smoking or vaping inside the unit

• No pets allowed

• No college or party groups permitted

• Saturday or Sunday check-in/out required in June and July (6-night minimum stay)

Parking Info

Starting January 1, 2025, all Aqua guests must pre-register for parking through a link provided upon booking confirmation. Guests may register up to two vehicles. Parking is managed directly by Aqua Resort.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
