Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

NOTE: BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2025 ALL Aqua guests must PRE REGISTER for parking via a link provided upon a booking confirmation. Guests will need to register and pay $50 per vehicle in order to park on site. This is an AQUA HOA rule and Warren Beach Rentals has NO latitude in the matter.
