Inviting Open-Concept Layout: Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-concept living space, featuring cozy furnishings, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. This area is perfect for relaxing, enjoying family meals, or preparing snacks for the beach.

Primary Suite: The luxurious primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a flat-screen Roku TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower for your convenience.

Second Bedroom: Adjacent to the primary suite, the second bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, another flat-screen Roku TV, and a private entrance for added privacy.

Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids or additional guests, the third bedroom features 3 twin bunks (6 twin mattresses total) and a flat-screen Roku TV.

Fourth Bedroom: Across from the second bedroom, the fourth bedroom offers a spacious king-sized bed and another flat-screen Roku TV.

Modern Amenities:
Entertainment: Stay connected and entertained with high-speed Wi-Fi equipped with an extender, ensuring fast internet access for all your devices.

Convenience: Starter sets of mini toiletries, along with paper towels and toilet paper, are provided at the beginning of your stay. Beach towels can be requested for rental 24 hours before your arrival.

Important Information:
Shed: Please note that the shed in the backyard is locked and not available for guest use.

Linens and Towels: While linens, bath towels, and kitchen essentials are provided, guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels and extra toiletries. Please refrain from using the provided white towels and linens outside. Utilize the washer and dryer for any necessary cleaning.

Replenish Supplies: Guests are responsible for replenishing items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap as needed.

Enhance Your Stay:
Bring along beach essentials, beach towels, sunscreen, groceries, and any other personal items to ensure a memorable and comfortable vacation experience at Blue Oasis.

Blue Oasis Does NOT have a private pool, but is so close to the Emerald Beaches, an easy walk or ride.

No smoking or vaping in the home.
Pet-friendly: Up to two dogs are welcome for an additional $295 pet fee.

$300 damage deposit will be held on your credit card 1 day prior to check in and released after your stay provided there is no damage to the home.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
