The Rules:
25 or older to book, primary guest must stay at the rental during the duration of the stay.
Guests must sign the WBR Rental agreement and furnish photo id prior to check in
No smoking inside the unit, No vaping or illicit drug use.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
