Step outside to enjoy the expansive lower terrace with both dining and lounge seating. The fully equipped kitchen features Keurig and drip coffee makers, a blender, toaster and full cookware and utensils to make meal prep a breeze.

On the second floor, two spacious primary bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms, TVs, sitting areas, and access to the balcony—perfect for morning coffee, evening dining, or simply taking in the neighborhood views.

Max occupancy: 8 guests (6 adults max)
7-night minimum during Spring Break, June & July (Sat–Sat only)
No pets, smoking, or vaping
⏰ Check-in: 4 PM | ⏰ Check-out: 10 AM CST
$500 refundable damage deposit (returned after inspection)
Carillon Guest Registration Required (via website) – currently $35/family per stay (subject to change)
Bellview Park and Lake Carillon Pool (East side) are heated November - May

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

June and July require 7 night stay. Saturday to Saturday only. Mid March through Spring Break, 6 night stay required with Saturday or Sunday check in and out.
