*All linens, bed spreads, towels, etc. are laundered upon every check-out.
*You are able to go directly to the property to check-in and check-out.
*Our office and staff are within a few miles of our homes, but we will first try to problem solve any issues over the phone or text prior to sending a staff member into the home.
Carillon 302, Formerly known as Le Soleil is located in the perfect-for-vacation, family friendly town of Carillon Beach. The unique village by the sea is pedestrian oriented. The Resort exemplifies the beauty and diversity of the Emerald Coast. It boasts a system of parks, 7 beach crossovers, four swimming pools, and tennis courts. Acting as the heart of the town, Carillon Market Street provides goods and services including restaurants, shops, galleries, and a health and fitness facility for its guests.
Accommodating up to 8, the condo offers a master bedroom with doors to the balcony and a Jacuzzi bath. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms, each with private ensuite, full baths.
The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Beyond the kitchen and living space, the balcony overlooks Carillon's serene private lake with views of the ocean, and sunsets to die for.
In the Sunset Condo building, guests will find themselves a short 350-400 steps away from the nearest community beach crossover. With more than 3,900 feet of beautiful snow-white beaches, it’s a great place to go for a morning walk.
